My experience with Brand Momentum has shown me they are a disorganized company. I was not paid for about 3 months of trying to get ahold of them through email or text. Will never deal with them again.
Solid company to work for.
They have a great team assembled who are very passionate about their clients, projects and the people around them. I am excited to see what the future will bring for Brand Momentum.
Employment Experience
Long story short:
- Signed employment agreement
- Delivered all the paper work
- Followed with all the instructions in regards to tasks requested to perform
Received very poor training and tools to achieve requested goals
Decided to discontinue working with them, never been paid for my work
Poor Experience
After making the review you see above, calling, emailing them multiple times and filing employment standards complaint (which I will withdraw, since they paid me before it got to its enforcement), I have been paid for my labour
I worked for brand momentum back in 2018, I was lured away from a great seasonal position in horticulture to join the "new position offered" I had a friend that was new to the firm and looking for Merchandisers. So the pay was better than average, the work seemed reasonable but it really wasn't it was ludicrous how my products were maintained in the warehouse where I found I was climbing over skids to get to it not to mention the stores and their petty management tactics. Brand as well as the 3rd party I worked for their reset members were always there if I needed help. My so called friend at Brand seemed that his position changed and I than lost more than hours I lost a contact of the company I worked for, I resigned as I couldn't survive on 17hrs a week, and I found the work load to be too heavy for me (thats what happens when your friend was a ex- footballer in the 90's ) lol Different stature to put it mildly.
They also seemed to have some money issues, at pay day I couple of hiccups but they did correct it immediately or by the next business day.
All and all, if it wasn't for the 3rd party liasons, nothing would have been rectified.
I have spoke to other merchandisers since and they speak highly of Brand Momentum, so perhaps the kinks have been worked out.
Sometimes it's just a learning curve
Worst company ever! Beware, they talk about "goodness" but treat their employees like garbage.
Great company to work for. Amazing culture. I truly believe that if we really took the time to pay attention to the training and read the instructions on how to get paid, it would never be an issue. I have always submitted my invoices on time and never had an issue with it.
I am grateful for the amazing opportunity that this company has given me and allowing me to grow and exhibit my skills. Thank you for giving me a job :)
Brand Momentum was a great company to work for! They always provided lots of help.
Got a job with Coca Cola thanks to them but I dont know if I should give them my sin number because I live in another city
If only Dion Wilson would stop calling people fat and bullying people on the internet all while representing this company..... mostly done during business hours I've noticed as well. Great choice in an employee.
Had some complications with pay but it ended up getting all worked out. Overall a good place to work for
They never pay me, they are very bad company disorganized they don t know what they doing need to be check for B B,
Unpaid work for over 4 months delay and still ongoing. They keep telling you they will pay you during the next pay and the next pay... 4 months later they just stopped responding! The worst company ever!
Very disorganized and poor communication. Was booked to work a shift at the Cider Festival this weekend with them 2 months in advance - since then I've heard nothing about the event. Tried to call/email multiple times and no one is replying to clarify whether the activation is still happening.
Reps working with the Molson client are also not organized at all - one account manager in particular was very rude and not professional.
