I cannot believe that some workers there order foo...

I cannot believe that some workers there order food for delivery and don t give a good tip. This place is the worst place to go for delivery, for that reason I will never buy a car from there. I will tell my whole family and friends not to buy anything. My son was very upset he drove 8 miles back and forth for just one dollar tip. He didn t even make enough money for the gas.

This company has terrible people working at rt22 h...

This company has terrible people working at rt22 honda hillside.....I had to repair spark plugs on a vehicle that has only 30000miles on it. I was told by ROBBIE the service manager that my car wasnt covered by my warranty.So i couldnt be reimbursed my $300.for defected spark plugs on a vehicle that i only had 7months. The coporate manager called me (Howard Newman)after i filled complaint on rt 22 honda website. And nothing was done to get my money back. ALL he cared about was my terrible review. I think the lawsuit they had about false advertising pricing as well as selling cars with issues aka lemons not certified at all needs to be reopened again. Im scared that something will happen with my vehicle and i will have to come out of pocket because thier defected products and cars. SMH.......STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALER.......

Very Happy Bram Auto group is loosing alot of busi...

Very Happy Bram Auto group is loosing alot of business because of the covid virus and restriction. They are very arrogant people management is beyond ignorant they dont know how to treat their employees i recommend boycotting any dealership in their network. again im very happy they are loosing business , customers and any forms of profit and income.

This post is a bit different as my experience with...

This post is a bit different as my experience with Bram Auto Group was with one of their principals and my experience with him was that I was servicing his home appliance. The way I was treated made me feel like I was the customer and not the other way around. I can only say that if someone treats service people that are doing work for them just like customers then I can only imagine the level of customer service that is instilled into this company that they provide to each and every customer. Thank you so much for being such an amazing person! It was truly an honor to serve you.

BUYER BEWARE!!! I will never again in my life purc...

BUYER BEWARE!!! I will never again in my life purchase a vehicle from any of the dealerships owned by this company. If you want to enjoy the experience of buying a new car and be happy this is not the place for you, however if you'd like to get disrespected and treated like a piece of garbage after purchasing 4 vehicles in 2 years then by all means this is the place for you and more specifically Nissan in hillside nj on rt 22. The customer service is horrific from the beginning to end! I could go into detail but it might take me 3 months like it takes them to fix a vehicle and completely frustrate you in the process and then offer you 50 dollars worth of more horrible service....please do not waste your time, money or happiness here.
