Inexperienced with beard trimming and shaving hair unevenly

My mother Fatima had an appointment today19June at 09.30 in the Den Bosch Arena branch. She was a little early so had to stay outside because there were still customers inside. My mother waits nicely outside and it is half past 10 and there are two other ladies who also had an appointment at 9:30 am. The door is opened and my mother followed them because she had been waiting for a while and was told to still wait outside. My mom responded to why I still have to wait outside. I was the first when employees said waiting outside with you very rude to which my mom replied I'm not a dog. The other employee also interfered and told my mother no discussion outside. This is unacceptable to talk to an elderly lady like that. Those two ladies need a re-education course. The girl that finally helped my mother to the discussion was nothing to complain about. She helped my mother very well and was very friendly. When I picked up my mother, she was very upset. She's a sugar patient and doesn't understand why those two ladies were so rude. If they had let her in now and spoke neatly, there would be nothing wrong. But being treated like a dog is unacceptable.

Very bad hairdresser, you go brown and slowly notice that they have painted you completely red.

If I could give 0 stars I would do that .. I have never been so badly cut and colored! 1. when you give them an example of what the color should look like, they are unable to realize it and / or be honest in it in terms of advice. 2. they use rinsing instead of paint which is really annoying because you see your outgrowth after 2x washing and so it keeps going. 3. The hairdresser had not used the color well in terms of height, so it immediately looked like a very bad outgrowth. 4. I noticed that they feel rushed by the free walk-in of people. 5. I still had to pay almost 100 euros even though it was a "discount" treatment. 6. the so-called customer-friendliness that was hard to find when I returned after a few days to have it corrected. I'll never come back here. Don't think you are saving your money because they are "cheap". Look for a good hairdresser and save yourself the frustration.

I prefer to cut here as the crowds and friendly staff are always nice.

I can't give more stars like these to a hairdressing experience at the moment.

The hair is often cut well and sometimes not properly, depending on who you cut (I have been cut 1 x of the 10 x or something, then I have not been of the shock for a long time haha). Some hairdressers are customer unfriendly (impatient, easily irritated, well not friendly, so that is not a pleasant haircut, something that prevents me from going again and choosing a hairdresser with friendly hairdressers). That can be improved!

Bad. I asked to cut my hair a bit thinner and cut layers and I was sent out after 3 minutes. "Done," they said, after cutting off a few hairs. The stylist also combed my hair way too hard which had some tangles in it, which made it hurt quite a bit.

Worse still, the stylist was just sneezing and was clearly sick without a mask on. HELLO?!

They clearly just wanted to get through customers as quickly as possible.

Cut without an appointment. Can sometimes be very busy. Do not arrive around 5 pm, then the staff will pause and you will have to wait even longer.

Last Wednesday after a long time went to the hairdresser, specially went here. Because of always friendly and nice staff. Unfortunately, this time was different.
Because it was a little longer ago that I was cut, think 8 weeks . I also get some self-deprecation, this was not understood by this cutting giant (<-hint so you can avoid her). And then became very stiff in contact. When I looked at the end of the haircut, my hair fell well. She was clearly annoyed to be sighing. I wanted to leave as soon as possible, she did not even look at me when I paid. At homecoming looked equally good and no sideburns and in the neck totally not finished. No idea why she has chosen to work with people, but will continue nicely if she is there ...
For this experience it was a 5 star of mine.

I was here yesterday. I asked if they could cut my dots and dye my hair a different color. the result has turned out beautiful, but the treatment went badly, the person who treated me was very rough with my hair, she had fake nails and that hit my scalp every time. while washing my hair she also dealt with it hard and let me go with my hair that was still half wet and all tangled up and I paid 45 euros for that bad thing .. I still suffer from my scalp especially when combing my hair. So never again brainwash 's Hertogenbosch arena!

I went to the one located rompert i went in asked if i can make appointment for highlights she looked at my curly hair and said no we don t do ur type of hair go to a black stylist and showed me the door . I felt so awful by the way they said it . They could of been nicer about it .... never again.
