I thought it was time I left a review for BrainTechnosys.

My name is John and I have been involved in many forms of IT related roles and start-ups. Throughout the process of finding that perfect partner to deliver what is required I ventured on a process of outsourcing some of the development to reduce the costs associated with a start-up.

During this time, I got involved in many companies, providing small tasks to ascertain the level of competency of that company, coupled with the timescale of delivery (critical factors). This process became time consuming and somewhat disheartening at times as the companies I approached did not share the same vision as me in respect to either costings or delivery, to put it bluntly I found that some companies were in it for the money and not providing the needed customer service.

As I was about to call it a day and give up I read the reviews of BrainTechnosys I decided to give it another chance as the time constraints to a lot of my projects were critical and approach Braintechnosys and share my vision and requirements. After a slow start, down to me and being somewhat vague BrainTechnosys quickly grasped the concept of my requirements and produced some fantastic results, far surpassing what I expected.

We are now working on other projects together, some easy and some very difficult (to me) but BrainTechnosys have to date always delivered, as a result I would not use any other company as the understanding we have created between us in the last 4 years could simply not be replaced.

If you are looking to outsource some of your IT development then don t use trial and error as I did, simply contact the guys at BrainTechnosys and explain your requirements, you will be pleasantly surprised by many aspects at their professional approach to provide you with your technical requirements.

I came for the interview and got rejected only because my salary was 4 lakh/month and my expectations was 4.4. they said that if you want to join then have to join on 3.5 lpa.

Totally waste my time. Don't go for the interview.if you will be selected also then also they will give less than your current CTC.

I came for the interview for php developer .worst management.

They only know how to waste the time of a candidates.they will take 2 round of interview and the result is rejected .I answered all the questions like 90% and crosscheck my answer at home.but still rejected.

To the company ceo- agar select hi nhi krna hai to time waste kyu krte ho tmlog.

They are inviting experience developer for interview. when candidate selected in final round they force to submit 1.5 lac singed check and all original Documents .Guys they making big fool to the people. I don't recommended to the people to go for interview in this company.

Company with no Ethics, they can fire you in an hour, and ladies please be aware as this might not be a best suitable environment to work with.

One of the best IT/Software development company.They are provide the complete business solutions for the business.

They are totally cheat I'm not happy with this service and had to terminate the project early with them. I drafted a clear written agreement with this contractor when we started and we included full scope of project, budget and all other terms and conditions. Contractor kept on violating our terms on many occasions and I eventually had to cancel the project. Overall not a good experience and waist of time and waist of money. I have forwarded my project to another developer who is much more cooperative.

Pleasure to be a part of BT Team. To start with, the most amazing part of this company is it does not let you feel like you are a employee. It feels like a family. Great work, great learning. You have great mentors to guide you. It is a good place to work and learn, grow yourself fast.
