Fantastic Service and cooperation from the plumbing department. I had three different companies out to the site to quote on repairs. All the solutions presented were both disruptive and costly. Brady and Seidner fixed the problem quickly and effectively. The only maintenance company I will call going forwards.
Plumbers were great , very clean, and quick. Sadly im writing this review souly because whoever they use for the dry walling and painting are the worst group of contractors ive ever seen. Left a disaster and smashed my light bulb .
I was pleased that Calvin did a diagnostic on my heat pump and determined that it was a faulty thermostat, which he replaced efficiently. He was polite and pleasant and would recommend your company to my friends. Thank you.
Amazing service and great staff. Arrived exactly when they said they would. Took their lunch break and got back exactly when they said they would. Finished the work on time. I had an issue with the unit installed - NOT their fault, and they came and fixed it the same day I called. Truly professional. I will recommend them to everyone in the condo.

My initial quote was doubled when I was invoiced. I was told $90+HST but it ended up being $165+HST. Also, they add a "vehicle charge", which they do not mention prior to arrival. Poor business ethics overall.
Two stars because the repair was done. The technician could not advise what the charge would be and spent more time than needed (at least 30 minutes). No rate included on the work order. The invoice took 2 months to receive for a small residential job. Apology offered once company contacted but nothing else. Will look elsewhere for service in the future.
