I don t usually post reviews, but when do I only review the best,..I ve been BR diamond suite customer for some time now and all I can say is they are the best!! Their prices are great but what really makes them stand out is their attention to detail,... love every single piece of jewelry that the made me and really excited for the piece they are working on at the moment.
I would also like to mention a jung lady, working at BR diamond suite named Wendy, she is highly knowledgeable and just a great person to work with,..

I cannot recommend BR Diamond Suite highly enough! If I could give a 10-star rating, I would. Every time I visit, I am treated like family. I m always shocked that they remember my name whenever I come in!! Everyone that has helped me has been so knowledgeable and fun to work with. They work by appointment so I never have to wait for someone to help me. If you haven t been to BR, you are missing out!

I simply cannot recommend BR Diamond Suite enough. They were phenomenal when designing my wedding ring 15+ years ago and they certainly did not disappoint this time around. I came to Wendy with a box containing my parents wedding rings and a drawing on a post it note. With that, she and the team created the most beautiful pendant for my mother for Christmas that will be a cherished heirloom for years to come. The personal attention to detail combined with the enthusiasm Wendy brought to the design process was outstanding. I surely can't forget to mention the beyond talented goldsmith that made my idea a reality. If you are looking for a place to create the perfect piece of jewelry for yourself or a loved one, look no further. You've come to right place!

I am beyond amazed. My wedding/engagement ring was lost and I needed to get it replaced. I didnt have very good pictures of it, but BR Diamond came through above and beyond what I hoped for. I was expecting a nice ring to be "similar" to my original. But with only my description and a bad picture at the wrong angle, Carol made me a ring that is almost exact to the one I lost. I am so impressed and thrilled. When I got home I just about cried I was so happy and grateful. Thank you.

Got a watch for Christmas that required me to get the band shortened. I was recommended by a friend to get it done at BR Diamond Suite. I was very nervous prior to going in because it's a jewelry store and I'm still going to school, so my income isn't enough to be 'balling out' as I would like to. The point is, I was afraid this was going to cost me an arm and a leg.

I arrive a few minutes before my scheduled time and was greeted immediately by the receptionist, Wendy. It was then that I knew I was in good hands. All of my apprehension washed away as she asked me if I needed anything to drink. I ordered a bourbon neat to calm what nerves I had left and I walked around the sales floor as my watch was being worked on. If you haven't been in BR Diamond Suite, prepared to be blown away. The inside is phenomenal and the service is even better.

The staff were very accommodating to my specific needs (Disclaimer: I have small wrists), as it took a few tries to get the band length just right. Overall, I was extremely satisfied with the experience of BR Diamond Suite. Although I didn't buy anything this time, when the time comes to get my special someone a ring, I know exactly where I will be heading. Thanks BR Diamond Suite!

BR Diamond Suite exceeded my every expectation in getting an engagement ring, and my fiance is over the moon with it!

I shopped around for rings, but nothing had the character I wanted (let alone at the price I wanted). My sister's engagement and wedding rings came from BR and she was very pleased with them, so BR came highly recommended.

I visited them and worked with Kristin--she was extremely helpful and forthright with me. I had a rough idea of my budget, but I didn't know what to expect. I told her what my ideas were, and she sketched them out, giving me insight into how costs are broken down, the ring-making process, and the options I had in front of me. She was very explanatory, communicative, and up-front with me every step of the way.

In the end, I was able to design--and they hand-crafted--a beautiful engagement ring (the center stone I bought elsewhere from an opal cutter). My fiance and I are unbelievably happy with the quality and design (and I was happy with the cost and customer service as well). We're definitely going back there for all our jewelry needs in the future.

I am very impressed with BR Diamond Suite. Wendy and Sarah helped me with appraising a ring, and they were incredibly professional and informative. I have not gone to many jewelry stores, so I had a few questions naturally. These were all answered wonderfully. Additionally, the place looks incredible! I tried showing pictures to a friend afterwards, but couldn't see any here on Google. So, when I came back to pick up my ring I made sure to take some to share.

I went to BR Diamond Suite for an engagement ring and I couldn't have asked for a better experience! They took the time to help me learn about diamonds and what to look for in a quality stone which made me feel so much more confident in designing the ring.
