Almatur office? I recommend :) As much as we leave every year during the holidays, for a good few years always with them. What I really like is always a well-prepared and rich program. The hotels we stay in are well-equipped, there is nothing missing. Care is also good, professional. We will soon have holidays and the first time my son goes alone, in the sense of no parents to Bia ka Tatrza ska. It is a ski camp for beginners, as well as trips in plans in addition to classes. He is very excited and can not wait :)

It's already a trip with you and it's fantastic every time. This year I was in Greece an unforgettable adventure, nice hotel, a guide who went with us to Meteora professional in every respect. Tomorrow I am picking up a child from the Balice Sports center in W adys awowo / Ch apowo. How can you tell your children to go with breakfast to have their suitcase waiting for them in the parking lot for their parents? In addition, 60% of the time the children spent in the rooms, so they had a super organized time .... Never again in life! I wouldn't recommend the worst enemy. Avoid from afar !!!!

The program was ok, more written than it was. Last trip, overrated everything.

A trip to Bulgaria was not too interesting, the food in the hotel riva leaves much to be desired, although after a few days you get used to it. The most disappointing was that I was going there with the thought of daily lying for many hours on the beach and resting, and found everyday hour long sitting in the room or pool (an average of 1.5 hours a day was a beach, and 2.5 hours a day a swimming pool) - 1.5 h after lunch there is a "siesta" during which nothing is done except boredom and doing nothing, and another 2 or sometimes 2.5 hours after dinner when you have to wait to go out to the city or to the club. In my opinion, this time could be better used. Optional excursions were quite weak, eg a trip to Nessebar consisted of a two-hour bus ride, then a walk along a few streets lasting 1.5 hours, dinner and another 2 hours returning to the hotel. The tour cost 25 or about 100 PLN. It was absurd, in my view, that only a handful of people could enter the sea at a very short time. To sum up - if you are going to a camp in Bulgaria with the thought of spending time on the beach and in the hot Bulgarian sunshine, do not choose the almaturu.

I asked that he could give a room to my daughter so that she could relax and not force her hand, especially since I was waiting for a 20-hour trip back to Poland.
I heard - of course, please do not worry, the daughter will have room at her disposal, he will wait for the bus there.
Unfortunately, but ended up on promises, a total olewce from Mr. Martyna and Natalia, daughter tromping somewhere in the grandson, and none of you even considered it appropriate to ask for a sense of well-being, if nothing is wrong with her or maybe she needs something.
Ladies probably think that they are on paid holidays, and do not want to have something to keep them calm and rest ... total desensitization and spraying duty - if it was not, then the guardians are responsible for our children during their stay at the colonies / camps.
After my daughter's arrival in Warsaw, we went to an orthopedist appointment (somehow, the fact that the child can not lift my hand, and that all the time I feel pain, I did not give me peace ...).
As it turned out - very rightly, the hand was broken at the base of the head ...
I wanted to "thank" the ladies of Natalia and Martyna for the "professional" assessment of the injury on the spot, providing medical help and the attention and care that surrounded the daughter after this incident ... just the bottom !!!

I have no words ... but this case must be described. Last year I experienced an unimaginable lack of professionalism. At the colony, initially with my colleagues, we had a big problem. In the reservation we included information about the request to be SAMI with colleagues in the room. Unfortunately it was not fulfilled and we ended up at peace with a stranger. This person turned out to be collecting knives from the canteen and at the end of the camp they were missing from the canteen. In addition, she stole a barbecue spear and kept it under the bed. On the day of arrival of the Department of Health, a dangerous roommate went on a trip, and the staff told us to clean up her things. There was copper in there other old and spoiled food. Despite the complaints and reporting the situation to the staff, we were downplayed. The moments spent with this person caused a great damage to our mental health. The only advantage was the notebook I received, as compensation, please send more.

I just came back from the trip "Smaki Croatia" - a very successful trip, family atmosphere in the guest house, friendly hosts, przesympatyczna pilot. Mrs. Felicja professional, organized, competent and at the same tactful and sympathetic. The guides talked about the objects they visited in an interesting way.
