I have been a tenant with BPG management for 5 years. I have to say it has been one of the worst experiences ever. The list of poor attitudes, poor equipment, poor service is so long i cant even make a list. If you are shopping for commercial space run away from BPG management.
I have worked with BPG on 3 spaces. Two of which they offered us a lease. We spent thousands of dollars in legal fees, architectural drawings, etc, only to find out they gave the spaces to other tenants without us knowing until it was too late. We were never given an option to counter offer. Extremely unprofessional approach.
