Very friendly and clean. Grandkids where upset because we went to go on hay ride and got there at 7:45. We pulled them out of the water park early so the could go. The man refused to take them because he would run out of time. Its posted 5-8. They had their smores 1st so they wouldn't miss out on them. But other then that it's a beautiful place to go. My daughter's and I have gone the last 2 years for mother's day weekend.

Clean rooms, friendly staff, and good food everywhere. Beds were comfy also.

My favorite hill in Michigan. Pricy and deals are scarce. Facilities are nice. Great place to teach kids how to ski.

A lot to do. Zip lines, paddle boats. Avalanche Bay is located here. My preteen grandkids loved it

Terribly over-priced, which is upsetting considering the facility puts NO money back into the resort! The rooms are damp, musty, smelly, and in disrepair.

It was a blast the waterpark is amazing and the room I got had an upstairs. I would definitely recommend you to go to Boyne Mountain Resort.

The venue, instructors, and accommodations of the slopes were all incredible, but their customer service is by far the best I've ever experienced!
I was charged double (paid online and again at the mountain for the snowboarding tickets), but when I called it was quick and easy to speak with a live rep and get transferred to the appropriate party, and they looked up the transactions and started the refund process immediately.
Shout out to Jessica in their finance department for exceptional service!

Grew up around here. Lots of options for family fun, year-round! Water park, skiing, tubing, etc. Love it here. Definitely recommend!

The room was spacious and clean. There was a lot to explore, we even were able to go on a chair lift ride. We will be definitely going back!

We stayed in the Boynhof Lodge and the room was very outdated and the beds we're not very comfortable. The grounds are what gets the extra two stars. It really is beautiful. I enjoyed riding the ski lift to the top of the mountain as well.

My room was next to pool. Listing to screaming kids all day. put me in handy cap room where water goes all over the bathroom floor cause the shower curtain is to short. this room is next to stairwell and can hear everyone going up or down stairs with suitcases. There is NO free breakfast offered hear with outrageous prices for food. Hotel charges up front on Credit Card the full price of your stay. Bring plenty of cash cause two local resturants only take cash.

Great place for family adventures. Indoor water park is a must visit for kids

Great hills for skiing. Avalanche Bay is a fun place to hang out.

Awesome scenery. They have free fishing, just have to pay for worms. Workers were all friendly.

Very fun place. Love the variety of activities included with the stay. Every staff member was friendly and helpful. I was not impressed with our condo though, all the beds had broken springs, shower heads were all clogged causing the water pressure to be unbearable, broken window locks, CARPENTER ANTS EVERYWHERE but besides that everything was really neat and clean. The condos are privately owned and rented out when the owners are away so I don't think the resort can really do anything about repairs or ant issue. We will definitely visit again but we'll stay at the hotel next time.

Boyne has a lot to offer. From easy family style runs to challenging expert runs.

Attended a weekend event. Everything was perfect with our visit, though checking was later than expected, and the staff seemed to be less informed about certain aspects of our event.

We stayed at the edelweiss lodge over new years. The room was ancient, and the room door wouldn't lock untill they fixed it. All the service was amazing! It was a lot of fun skiing being my first time. Everyone was very friendly, and free daily valet. The breakfast was included and good, better than your Marriott's and Hilton breakfasts.

Very beautiful place for recreation either in the Summer or Winter time.

Great place, loved the setting in the hills and all the activities that come with saying at the lodge! Will go again!

They go out of their way to make your stay fun and exciting.

Our group of 8 adults stayed at disciples ridge. Though we weren't slope side (ski-in/ski-out) it was very close to the hills.

Boyne was a great resort for our conference, and I would highly recommend it.

Went there for the water park. Great for family fun.

Came here for the first time, during the week on off season, during covid. I would love to come back during a weekend. Wasn't really much to do on Monday and Tuesday.

Very overrated! EVERYTHING is way over priced. The staff is friendly, but kinda slow. The accommodations are no better than staying at a standard hotel. The bed was a brick and the pillows were lumpy. You can't check in until 5pm, which is 2 hours later than most hotels, yet checkout is still at 11am. Avalanche Bay was no better than Splash Village, yet cost substantially more. In my opinion...don't waste your money!

Best intermediate mountain experience possible. Loved our families stay. 10/10 would recommend. Similar to holiday valley in size and trail options, but I think think mountain is more fun. Better groomed typically and the mountain has better natural features.

We were here during the summer. It was a great place to get away. John 5:24 "He that heareth my words and believeth on him that sent me hath everlasting life and shall not come into condemnation but is passed from death into life."

Main dining room Christmas buffet was excellent. Instructors for kids ski/snowboard lessons were great.

Of course it is a bit small compared to big European resorts or what you can find in Colorado or Utah, but the slopes are really nice, with various types of terrain and difficulty, the snow is good and you can really enjoy your time skiing there. More over the atmosphere in the resort is really nice, the staff is wonderful and the whole feeling here is really pleasant. A very good experience for us, we will be back for sure!

Facility was closed during the christmas break and we were told it will be open. Nice location though.

So many things to do in winter there is skiing, Avalanche Bay, pools, spa, dining, drinks, it a fun place that you can also relax at.

Had a great time at Carnival Weekend! First time skiing and then getting to party on the mountain afterwards was great.

Beautifully well kept mountain with fantastic corduroy. Great hill for beginner to experienced skiers and snowboarders.

We are just not in love with Boyne. The ski ticket prices were very high for spring skiing and they stopped offering their $25 4 hour pass. We ended up driving 45 min North to a different ski hill that had better prices and better ski conditions.

To say I am disappointed would be an understatement. We have been bringing up a group of approx. 8 people for about 15 years to do their stay and play golf packages. The thing that Boyne had going for them is that they were always reasonably priced. Now I call 6 months ahead of time to book our annual golf trip only to have them charge me $200+ more a person?! I can understand a slight increase, but that is insane. No loyalty whatsoever for the people who use to support them when they struggled to get golfers. The only thing they suggested when I voiced my disappointment is that I should join their rewards program.

Time for a new golf trip.

This place is a gem nice people, good Midwest runs. The instructors at the skii school were amazing with out 5 years old. Reasonable pricing too

They need more direction for passes and slides, no order just people cutting .The drinking fountains didn't work so you had toy buy drinks

Service was fantastic, food was mediocre, price was outrageous.

Super disappointed in the staff. No one was helpful. When we got our wristbands for the water park, they didnt go over any rules or ask if we had questions. No where is there a sign that says adults need to sign a waiver to ride the waves, spent 10 minutes in line to have to get out and sign then wait another 10 minutes to have a turn. We found 15 dollars sitting on a table in the food area. Notified the staff and took a manager a good while to come pick it up. Went to go get dinner at the pizza joint, the front desk could of mentioned they deliver. I've worked in resorts before. You should always expect the guests needs before they ask questions. Totally poor service. Oh! And one employee was walking around the water park while eating a salad. Do they not get breaks, because if that's the case... makes sense why none of them act like they care for their jobs.

The architecture is amazing and beautiful, the resort offers a wide variety of activities for the whole family.

Very good, the food is delicious but a bit expensive

People is very nice and very polite and they will help you that is a nice place to be of luxury of life
