Very nice furniture. Great choices . People were very nice and not pushy. Great deals. But unfortunately even on clearance not in my price range. Highly recommend.

Our experience with Beverly at Boyles Furniture & Rugs has been excellent.
We live in St. Louis, Missouri and we were able to work with Beverly in N.C. via phone and or email. The work ethic and high quality customer service can't be beat...anywhere. We actually contacted Boyles for another purchase as our experience with Beverly inquiring about items, getting assistance with size of furniture for our home, through the delivery was exceptional . The deliveries have been on time and their communication, delivery and set up has been a very positive experience .
If you're looking for assistance from an experienced company who cares about customers, then you should contact Beverly . This family owned business is definitely worth checking out.

My name is Jon Meyers, and I ordered several thousand dollars of furniture last Fall, to be delivered in December. I paid Boyle in full as of December 12th as per their terms. It is now nearly the end of February 2019, fully 2 months past promised delivery. They have repeatedly ignored our calls, included the President/ Owner. I was told 2 weeks ago, finally, that they are checking into my order and I would be fast tracked. Then NOTHING! I have tried to talk with someone there 4 times this week in addition to a very specific email demanding answers. Again, NOTHING! Do yourselves a favor and do business elsewhere. I wouldn t even give Boyle one star if I didn t have to for access to write this review! I can see by other reviews on this page that I should probably keep my expectations very low. So disappointed!

I was really looking forward to shopping at Boyle's after hearing great things from family and other online reviews. I ended up finding three great pieces that I took home during their floor sample sale, but overall the whole experience was underwhelming. The staff were nice but not very attentive, even though I was the only customer for a while. The showroom was very quiet too - almost felt like they were going out of business. I hope they can turn things around because they really do have some great furniture at reasonable prices.

Do not order online. They will take your order quickly but not update you on the order even after 30 days. No one will reply calls or emails. Had to file a chargeback to get my money back

I have shopped at Boyles several times in the past year for items for two of my grown children. Their showroom was very nice, and the employees were quite friendly. Kelly Dillard helped us both times, and she was wonderful - knowledgeable about the products, and patient with us, considering how long it took for us to make our decisions. And the prices were very reasonable. I will definitely be shopping there again.

I truly can say it is an excellent piece of furniture. Your delivery men were more then could be expected,they were hard workers and very pleasant. They placed the drawer chest just where we wanted it. Very satisfied. I need some information how to adjust a drawer so it will close easily, I think it just needs some adjustment.could you text me some information please. Thanks for everything. Very Satisfied.

This transaction was a delight from browsing (website) to delivery! I identified items of interest and emailed Boyles late one evening. I had a response early the next morning. My assigned sales associate (Jon) was very helpful and responded quickly, clearly, precisely, patiently and professionally to my many questions. Pricing (including delivery fees) was significantly less than in a local store. The delivery team communicated their whereabouts and were precise within mere minutes regarding the time of delivery. Delivery was quick - unloading, unpacking, placement in the house and clean-up. The delivery personnel were very personable, polite and professional. I highly recommend Boyles and expect to continue shopping with them!

Could not be happier with the service we received from Robin Davis and Kelly Dillard to buy our Marge Carson sofa. Robin went out of her way to help us pick great fabric combinations that matched our style perfectly. My wife and I couldn't be happier with our new sofa. Great service and saved us some money too!
