Worked as a CSR with a 3 days training and being throwed into the pit without adequate training or neccesary tools. The team lead don"t know anything and the Supervisor don't either. Customers calling about missing items or mis pulls the warehouse waist a lot of money. I wasn't trained in print or embroidery, but I was expected to assist customers with these calls, when we were told originally that we weren't. Customers are mad because there isn't any communication when product doesn't move. My supervisor told a customer that she would meet a customer over the weekend, I asked her about it and she lied to my face and said that she arranged for the customer to pick it up instead. Guess who called in and never received anything nor a phone call from my Supervisor & I had to smooth it out for the customer, my supervisor refuse to talk to them. That is just 1 example of her passing the buck!! I have never worked for a company so unorganized in my life. I hope the owner finds out how these people are driving their business into the ground!!!

Very poor customer service and extremely poor comm...

Very poor customer service and extremely poor communication! They treat the workers like trash. I feel terrible for them. If you want bad attitudes and nonchalant behavior ask for Marty, Milton, Nancy, or Patty. I have never been treated so poorly until Boxercraft. This place is just ridiculous! It s obvious because they have no stability. See for yourself. You ll never be back again.
