Bunch of useless ****’s. Don’t trust anything they do. Thermostatic bar shower been installed for ~4 years not sealed, leaking and ruining our walls. Black mold in hard to reach places. If you can avoid using them, please do. Didn't register my boiler installation at the time of install until I chased it when I needed to contact the manufacturer via the warranty. B&C got it registered for me… with a date a year after it was installed and commissioned. If you have work done, get it checked and inspected by others.
