Yall don't want to know what I think of that company. I'll leave it at that.
I will start by saying the houses are nice, but moving in and still under the builders warranty you begin to see all of the flaws. We have tried to get in contact with them through the number we were given and this person rarely answers the phone. He says he will do this and that and it doesn t happen! For some unknown reason with the air conditioner on 72 it s over 80 degrees in the house it took them months to come and maintenance that supposedly it was antifreeze now it s doing it again less than a month later, trimmings that we re supposed to be put in haven t been done, we were told that they would put in cabinets and as soon as we moved in it didn t happen and we were told oh we will put you in contact with someone THAT NEVER HAPPENED! The HOA is 200 an year for a maintenance of the front entrance and a super small park which no kids play in, how about they go to something more useful like lawn maintenance for all in this subdivision. We are truly considering cutting ties and making sure we do not recommend this place or builder.
