Bourn Hall Clinic Dubai Review

I chose Bourn Hall after researching IVF clinics in Dubai and I'm very happy with my choice. Dr. Shazia Magray, worked with us to increase the probability of a successful outcome, fully and clearly explaining each option. Everyone at the clinic was supportive and it was a pleasure to attend appointments. Thankfully, we were successful and are eternally grateful to the Dr. Shazia and staff at Bourn Hall

Initially we were skeptical about doing fertility treatment in Dubai. With no idea we went to Bourn Hall, without any specific doctor name in mind. It was our fortune to meet Dr. Shazia Magray and she had our trust and confidence at the first meeting itself. She always recommended what was good for us and was always available on phone, responding to our smallest of doubts. The Nurses were kind and it was like our extended family throughout our journey. With God's grace we were blessed with our baby. Thanks to Bourn Hall and we thank with special gratitude to Dr Shazia for her love and support.

If you're reading the reviews to make up your mind on which fertility clinic to tie up your hopes with, then Bourn Hall Clinic Dubai is definitely not an option. Take it from someone who has had the most awful first hand experience! I was talked into starting a new cycle by Dr Diana Kayal - the best sales person ever I have to say. She has all what it takes to sell you a cycle when you're not even eligible, let alone prepared. On top of that, the management failed to address or even acknowledge the incident. I didn't even receive a follow up call addressing the elephant in the room after the worst cycle I have ever had. In a nutshell, they see you as a suitcase stacked with money. If you have extra money that you'd like to waste over a lucky strike kind of attempt then go for it. Else, there are many other reputable clinics that have the least of integrity and professionalism that Bourn Hall Dubai lacks, such as Orchid and Fakih.

Run! Don't waste your time reading the 4.0 star reviews. In the virtual space they're very good at polishing their image, but on ground they don't give a damn. All what they care about is to take your money. Beautiful clinic and view, but I can't say the same about their Drs - especially now that Dr David is no longer with them. Invest in your hopes elsewhere. Even if you get lucky to have a positive outcome, remember you could've had much more optimized results with the same input.

Totally recommend the place! Dr Shazia is just the most amazing and thoughtful doctor you will find. She guided and helped us in your journey, and we couldn t be happier to have chosen this clinic and the doctor especially!

I had my first IVF and it was a success thanks to this clinic esp to Dr Shazia. I have a healthy baby boy! She and the staff made sure that I get the best attention and care during the process. They made the journey easy and worry free. Dr Shazia was very accommodating and perfectionist! She wanted every single detail is okay before we did the transfer. She was patient and didnt hurry the process. Glad I chose this clinic. Highly recommended!

My appointment is at 11:20 and its now 12:20pm i didn t see the doctor yet!!!! They first took money in advance without me doing any tests and now i am standing for more than an hour without seeing the doctor. Never come back again

What an amazing experience we had with the clinic. Staff were professional, friendly and made us feel comfortable every step of the way. I had an instance where I had to fly to UK during treatment and the clinic ensured I could also have an appointment there. We would highly recommend, especially the services of Dr Shazia. Amazing overall experience.

Our Teams appointment for first consultation didn't going through by internet and as men I wasn't invited, but clinic doesn't take any effort put things right in email. By calling them myself I experience somebody who hardly understand English and ask me to initiate all administrative documents again for a new first consultation. The clinic communicate only to woman and left the man out of the email. So discriminate against men. They forget that it was a joint couple decision to go for IVF. As sign on wall is that our Doctor has left the clinic, somethings happening there.
