A very large choice of products ... At all prices ... A big +++ for the fishmonger

Welcome and nice shop ... but what is the loyalty card for a few years back ??

We went there on Christmas Eve in a hurry for a last minute eve.
The store is clear, the aisles are large, well arranged, however, on the other hand choice for a very disappointed party period, nothing transcendent, nothing meat exotic side crocodile style etc, side fish nothing either. the oysters dated 14/12 are already 10 days in the hamper. little better to do

Following my visit to Leclerc, it was very unpleasant. It all started when it was time to pay. The gantry started ringing and a security guard arrived and asked me to follow him immediately. I told him no that I wanted to finish paying for my purchases. No hello and no please. Also, I give the cashier a check, she passes it, I check it and sign. Suddenly, she exclaims: I did not check if you had the money in the bank for verification: in front of the waiting customers. Shame and the security guard watching me next to me. Why say that? Because of the doorbell that rang? I was made to feel like I looked like a gangster with a cowboy next to it. He takes me to a secluded room for verification and there is nothing. Not even an apology or a goodbye: he tells me you can go. A real lack of respect from the security guard or the cashier. Training would be essential but it is done from an early age. Finished for me this sign, I would go to the competitors.

I have been a client for several years at Leclerc Bourgoin. I am satisfied with all services and products. And I am even more satisfied to be able to do my shopping and to be able to charge my electric car free thanks leclerc for this service

Lamentable this store I will no longer set foot in this store which slanders customers not to mention counterfeit security which is useless except to threaten customers

Hello Jespere first of all that my opinion will be read by a leader of the sign leclerc. Indeed I went to Leclerc Bourgoin Jailleu July 08, 2019 to do my shopping with my wife pregnant 8 months and a half. Although my wife is pregnant no one has intervened to let her go. We did our shopping with some of the benefits of the loyalty card and we forgot to give our loyalty card and besides nobody asked us.
Being frustrated with this forgetfulness, I went to see the reception and a lady VERY MAL POLISH told me:
That I'm going to give my loyalty card and she did not have anything to do she wanted to go home when it was 20h50.
How can we hire this kind of disrespectful people to see arrogant without any motivation.

I will never come back again. My 300 euros of weekly races is 1200 euros per month will be made in another store if my points are not credited.

The renovations have done well. Lots of space between the shelves, covered parking very good point, the cultural space is truly one of the largest in the region with an impressive choice. The gallery often hosts entertainment, the super friendly security service and clean toilet. It is very good but one star less for the cleanliness of the often neglected surroundings.
