This brewery had quality beer and good customer service, if you got the right employee. A few things to note: had out of season beers on tap which is a bit of a let down when trying to buy, the crowler machine wasn t working for any of their tap room specials if I wanted to take to go, and while there are flights available they haven t invested in a way to carry them which is note worthy since they only have bar service so I was worried about dropping the 4 tasters I got. Like I said, good beer but the experience was diminished by some deficiencies of the very expansive tap room itself.

I can't believe that i forgot to rate Boulevard when i was there. St. Patty's day 2019. It was the hands down the best brewery tour i have been on. Also there are beers you can only get here that are amazing. Tip to anyone thinking of going there volunteer on the tour.

Boulevard Brewing is incredibly well done. I got the flight of their hard seltzer s which was delicious. I also shared the pretzel bites with cheese sauce which I would get again. The building itself is super cool. This place is definitely worth the trip!

The Sixth Glass Quadrupel Ale: Boulevard Brewing C...

The Sixth Glass Quadrupel Ale: Boulevard Brewing Co. is located in Missouri. It was initially conceived by founder John McDonald in 1984 during a vacation to Europe where Belgian beers captivated his interest. An old brick building on Southwest Boulevard became the brewery s first home and its first keg of beer was born in late 1989. The Sixth Glass is an alluring quadupel ale that has a hefty ABV of 10.2% and a bitterness score of 22 IBUs. It pours a dark brown/amber color and has a complex fruity and estery aroma. The flavor can be described as rich, sweet, malted caramel containing notes of fruit. I enjoyed one of these (trust me that s all you need in a single sitting) with the Super Bowl a few weeks back. Absolutely delicious and one of my new favorites, this brew is Doughboy approved. Doughboy_Food_Reviews

Great social distancing and Covid protocols in place here, and the beers were great! We really enjoyed the Hibiscus sour, which was on the testing menu at the time. Cool decorations in the bathrooms too.

Boulevard's facility is top-notch, with an awesome taproom upstairs. The taproom features a wide array of taproom-only beers and experimental small-batches. If you'd like to take a tour, make sure you reserve ahead of time, because they fill up ahead of time!

I had my doubts stopping in at a brewery on a family trip, but I stand corrected. Great for a family, we could have made a meal from the menu items. Had a very nice patio for when the weather's nice. Kids loved the root beer and pretzel bites. We got lucky and were offered free samples of some new products! Will 100% be back on our next visit hopefully for a tour as well!
