I went to duplicate 4 keys. One of these was the bike lock. As soon as I left the store I tried the new key and it didn't open. I came back and they fixed it for me. In the evening, once I got home, I discovered that they were wrong to duplicate another key. Instead of that of the door, they doubled that of the cellar (I offered to remove the keys to duplicate from the key ring, but they told me it was not necessary). The next day I returned to the store saying they had made a mistake and needed a duplicate of the right key. Not only did I not receive even a trivial "excuse", but they made me pay for the new duplicate. The oldest salesman had an attitude that I found very rude. Store not recommended.
