This small orthotics shop treated me unprofessionally and with total rudeness. If client service is important for you in selecting a provider, then avoid this business!

I tried to make an appointment with these people and was given so much hassle by a person whose English wasn't great that I gave up. They might make the greatest orthotics on the planet, but no one needs to go over hurdles to get them.

Eric is one of the most interesting people I have ever met. I learned a great amount of information about feet, the process of engineering a shoe and making of orthotics.

I will be picking up my shoes and orthotics soon. Very lovely and helpful staff.
