In 2021 a life insurance company that does not take online payments? REALLY? Good luck trying to get someone to answer your phone call or emails. What a complete joke of a company.
The hold time was a bit much. I was on hold for about 15 mins. However, the person that helped me was very knowledgeable and helpful. I didn't like the wait time be everything else is fine.
I paid my insurance premiums and was cancelled. Made five phone calls to find out your billing department incorrectly posted my payment but was still cancelled. Will be filing a complaint with the grievance department of consumer affairs. I have 2 policies and your accounts receivables department posted my payment to only one of my policies and cancelled my daughters life insurance policy. I m done waiting for return phone calls I ve been run around with this for 6 weeks. Horrible customer service
This company is a disgrace, I submitted all the paperwork and more for a accidental claim. I have not received any correspondence or reimbursement, they always have an excuse and it s disrespectful and unprofessional. They always look for a way out to pay a claim, the staff is heartless and they just don t care!. I wonder if they would treat there family this way, I say NOT.
I wish that I could give them a one! I had to send my correspondence certified because no one responded to my emails! What a joke of an insurance company.

I had a policy for 40 yeas that they just canceled because they failed to send out the payment coupons! Customer Service is the worst I have ever dealt with . Put your hard earned $ elsewhere. Not even 1 Start given.
Been having a life insurance policy since 2011 and these folks don t answer the phone or return calls this is just ridiculous for a company that s been around so long it s been 3 months since I talked to anyone and the lady who answers only can direct you to others instead of helping.
