I have been here for 6 months and I really recommend this school to anyone that wants to learn English. The city is amazing, the teachers are very professional and the staff is super friendly. If you want to learn come to BSML! :) lots of fun!

My experience in BSML was really helpful to improve my English. Although I stayed for a very short time, I had the opportunity to improve my speaking an listening talking with students from many countries, as well as my writing and grammar. The quality of the teachers of BSML is excellent!

My experience at the Boston School of English has been gratifying and enriching. Being here has opened my mind to many wonderful experiences.

I had a great time here and met beautiful people, at school and in my home stay. I learnt a lot and not only my English improved but also I got to know new cultures and traditions from all over the world. A mind-opening experience!

The Boston School of Modern Language is an excellent school, that offers an amazing opportunity of learning and practicing English! I liked that all the staffs and teachers care about each student! The Boston School of English is one of the oldest English school in Boston, a historic place, 50 meters from the railroad stop, it is in a very comfortable place. Very dynamic and professional organization, professors of the highest academic level. Congratulations!!!

My experience at this School was amazing. Teachers are very good and funny. Also the activities offered by school are very interesting like the weekend in NYC or the Boston tour. The host families are also friendly and nice.I recommend this School to everyone who wants to improve their English and at the same time to discover the american culture and traditions!

The people who work at the BSML were always very kind, the Teacher Rachel is an excellent professional. At the BSML I was able to share with people from other countries and in general the experience of studying English in Boston was very good.

The school is great, the people are friendly. There are students from all over the world and this exchange of experiences is incredible. All teachers speak only English in class, which makes you learn more often. I just missed a discount program for students who are still studying because discounts are only given to new students

I like how the teachers explain (in concrete Nick and Ben) because we have lessons and in the end of the classes we play games to learn English .

The church is cool and the teachers are very good. In resume, it is a nice place to study English.

Boston school of English is a great place, I highly recommend it because you don t only improve your listening, speaking, grammar or writing, you learn useful things for the daily life such as vocabulary or idioms. Furthermore, the classes are also fun, and that s a great way to actually learn, teachers are great people and they re always willing to help you understand and learn, stuff members too. Additionally, the school offers many activities. Once you get in the building there is a friendly welcome, which in my opinion is very important, you can met and make a lot of friends from many countries. My experience at Boston school of English was amazing, especially because I had the interest of going to college and they did everything they could to help me.

The best place to learn English

Just passed my TOEFL test there and I can say the employees are very professional and respectful. Personally, I am in love with the building, it is well preserved for a school that is dated from 1926.

Although it is my first time studying abroad I feel completely satisfied with the experience that BSML offered me during my two months. I also enjoyed the classes, teachers and meeting people from different parts of the world. For all of that and more, thank you very much.

The best experience I have lived! Excellent human, friendly and collaborative team, great teachers and a comfortable atmosphere. As for the program has been very useful in my career and specialization, I learned a lot of grammar, vocabulary, pronunciation and communication tips. I stayed at the school only two weeks but my experience was Amazing. The hostfamily was welcoming and very funny, the food was good, and the school was great. The teacher were funny and professional with the lessons.

the lessons are very dynamic and you have the possibility of meeting new people from all over the world. I joined the afternoon activities and there were very interesting and fun.

I was been for six months. I enjoyed meeting people from other countries and i loved the teachers as well. it' was a great experiance.

The people who work at this school are so kind and helpful with me. I loved this experience and it made me very happy. I feel that I grew up a little bit more.

So right before I started to attend this school, they were so nice to me and treated me like a real customer but after i made a payment to school, they look down and disappointed me in many ways. After school activity and the lunch don't even cost what it should have been but they still charged students way more than usual. I went there to learn English but all their programs were helpless and useless. I'd rather pay more to go to a different school. Two people who always treated me like xxxx were Lilliana and Natasha. Im leaving this comment so they can read and realize themselves what they have done to a poor student. Please do not waste your money and time here and this school is never for learning English or making friends or learning a new culture. PLEASE PLEASE, I would never recommend this school.

I had a very fine experience with my teachers here. Even though some teachers and most of students don't stay here for a long time but when they do, it will create a much stronger bond between you and the others even if you can get bored sometimes.

I have been a student of Boston school of English for 2 weeks, I really enjoyed spending time here, I met lots of people from different countries and I really liked the teachers. Everyone was very nice and I have learned a lot. I hope to come here again next year!

I m come from Thailand i come to this school because i want to improve my english.Everything on this school are amazing because all teacher are teach well and have nice habit and class room are not to small and not to big(some class) and my english improve so much from the first time i come on this school.

I spent 2 months in the School. I loved the environment inside the school , the way the teachers teach you and they are very helpful to achieve your goals. They only not are your teachers but , they will become your friends .

This school is great. When I first time came here i was so excited because it was my first time I was studying in Boston school.
This school gave me a lot of new information about the English: language rules, other tenses, new words and they also helped me with my pronounciation.
I highly recommend this school . All teachers are native speakers so you won't have problems with their accents.

I'm going to start with the good comments that are much more than the bad ones. Although I had a really bad experience with the enrollment I want to say everything else was remarkable in a positive way. To talk about the good things, the teachers are awsome, the staff is very helpful and I enjoyed my classes a lot. Rooms are comfortable, the book is a good material and they also give you extra activities during the classes. I'm so thankful with: Dan, David and Nick, between a lot of teachers I have had throughout my life I would say you guys have been the best, their classes are not only educational but also fun and funny!! I assure you: you are gonna learn so much, laugh and have fun. They make sure to create a class environment where you feel comfortable to talk and express yourself, they clarify all your doubts even if they are not related with their classes and they are also great people. PD: if you are with David he is so creative and have different games to play during class, they are AWSOME!

Not to talk about my bad experience: if you are an student looking for learning basic/intermediate English you are gonna be fine and I don't have anything to advise you, BUT if you are looking for a higher level than the average BE CAREFUL AND MAKE SURE TO ASK EVERYTHING BEFORE you start because their enrollment process is full of flaws and you could have an unpleasant experience as I did. This is what happened: when I was looking for a school I clarified to the seller that I was looking for a "medium/advance English course" in order to improve my English and apply to college here, he told me it was totally fine because they were gonna test me and according to my score they would place me in a class (everything cool so far). However, after taking the test and during the very beginning of my first class (the class they had placed me "according to my test") I realized the English they were teaching was a really basic English so I decided to stop writing in the book and during the break I went to talk to the staff expressing my concern about I had maybe been placed in the wrong level, to make a long story short they told me "your level of English is so high and we don't have any course right now for you" which you can imagine confused me more and made me a little bit angry too because nobody asked me if I was OK with being place in a level about 3 LEVELS BELOW my real level. After that I talked to Liliana (the manager) who made me feel disrespect and not supported for the school at all, they wanted me whether to pay for the book that I used for 1 hour (without knowing was not my book, how coul I have known?) and continue in my right level some weeks later or giving me a refund of 100% and I could leave the school without any problem, I disagreed and tried to make Liliana see how that didn't make sense, I mean: the school was willing to loose all the money I had already paid + the money for the whole book but they didn't want to accept the book back and let me continue in the right level couple weeks after that.

I went to my house that day pretty disappointed and angry but I realized that at that point I was out of time to look for another school so I went back the next day and talked again to Liliana with my best face even when I kept thinking she was not making the smartest decision and feelings so disappointed as a costumer, we had a talk and agreed the school was gonna pay for the half of the book and I would pay the other half (which I am still thinking makes no sense) and I'm glad I did stay to study there because I had a really good time after all. I also wanna highlight that NICK WAS ALWAYS SO RESPECTFUL, HELPFUL AND NICE but it was not his decision, otherwise I'm sure he would have taken other path.

In conclusion it's a good school but they should work more in the way they respond to those "atypical situations" because that could make their clients to have a really unpleasant process when they shouldn't.

I m glad I decided to spend the time in this school not others. It is real worth for the tuition. The environment is like the family. Everyone likes your family members. And love Danial and Sandra most. Sandra is pretty funny and she has really good pronounciation. Danial is humors. Anyway, hope I can go back again.
