I had a mixed experience with Boston Air. While the flight itself was smooth and comfortable, the customer service left much to be desired. The staff seemed disinterested and inattentive. I hope this was just a one-off and not indicative of their overall service.

I had the pleasure of flying with this airline and I was very impressed. The service was excellent and the staff went above and beyond to ensure that I had a pleasant journey. The only thing I would suggest is more variety in the in-flight meals. Overall, it was a great experience.

I would like to send a very BIG Thank You to Kevin at Boston Air Corporation for the EXCELLENT service I received today. I called to make a service appointment for my A/C unit at 1:00pm thinking it was to late for a service call today and Kevin was able to fit me in and sent Sean to my home by 1:30pm and Sean fixed my A/C problem and my A/C was up & running by 1:45pm.
