Great experience with Boss Mudjacking! They lifted the top half of our driveway, along with our front stoop, and patched several areas.

A true highlight was the service provided by Connie -- I was on the high-maintenance end of the spectrum, and she handled multiple after-the-fact queries and requests quickly, and very (very!) graciously!

There was a small area that we hoped had been patched, and Terry came by to look at it, and came back to patch the area. Ultimately, to me, this is the true key when it comes to trusting anyone with a home repair -- that if they offer a warranty they'll standby it, and I have A MILLION percent confidence that Boss Mudjacking will follow through with any issues down the road (entailed in warranty).

My only small recommendation for improvement is that the on-site crew the day of had been a touch more communicative. We were home during the repair, had asked questions and stayed available to check-in at the end, and they left very quickly. Had there been a quick chat on completion, I think we would've had the areas all patched that day, without it necessary for additional trips out, etc. That said, to be fair, we weren't overly assertive about requesting that at the time. I am very pleased and grateful, however it was so easily attended to after connecting with Connie.

Would avoid this company. Poor quality of work and unresponsive. They definitely do not take pride in the job and treat each mud jacking job as a fly by night operation.

As a realtor, I need vendors I can count on to be responsive, reasonable and do good work. Terry and Boss Mudjacking are definitely my go-to for any mudjacking needs!

My wife and i would most definitely recommend Boss Mudjacking. Very satisfied with the job they recently did on our driveway and porch. The guys were great and worked hard last Saturday at our home. The office staff also kept us well informed with scheduling and work dates, even with the recent rain delays.

Terry was quick to respond to my inquiries and provided great explanations and customer service. The team showed up on time and did professional work. My mother requested a quote and they said they would be out however, they never called nor came out at all so my mother went with a another business. Poor business habits.

The owner Terry Amerine is a dishonest individual. Terry prices the job then contracts out part time help that is unqualified for concrete leveling. I had Boss Mudjacking attempt to level various areas and they completely failed. Terry misled me with his scope of work, they use 100% pulverized dirt with ZERO cement/portland which reduces cost and allows the company to complete the job quicker. They warranty is worthless as multiple call backs went un-answered.
Terry Amerine needs to stick to trying to manage his home restoration business or salt spa business. The mudjacking business is run and managed as a mis-managed side show.

My three year back patio started having issues with erosion earlier this year. It's decorative concrete so I was worried about the extensive holes that would have to be drilled into. Boss took that into consideration and created only two holes and went in from the side. On top of this, they were professional, kept me up to date on when they would arrive, they were in and out with little footprint in my yard and they were priced very well vs. their competition. I would recommend them.

Boss Mudjacking was very professional and timely when it came to lifting and leveling our driveway and sidewalks. They look so much better! We couldn't be happier with the service we received. I highly recommend Boss to anyone.
