I went here to visit Idea Vodafone Network. The security staff here is very good. Talking very comfortable. The rules here are very good.

Very worst management and security officer behave very rude with trainees like owner of company. Management not give me a clearance payment and when I call hr manager and HR assistant they didn't recieve my calls. They are terminated me without saying any reason to me. Please do not go to work there they behave with employees like a slave ( gulaam ). Most important security officers behave very very rudely with trainees. They done partiality with trainee. And behaves good with permanent employees and management employees. Gundagiri of security.

They taking good care of employee, follow social distancing rules strictly, food quality also good.

Behaviour of the security guard is so rude, as a human being should be human being. But they are treating like animals. Honestly I have got bad experience today.

Good Company to work with which is Automotive Components Manufacturing. Earlier it was known as Kalyani Brakes. This is a good organization. The entrance is very beautifully designed. Reach of the organization is very good. In all good place to learn and grow.

Very bad company for work with Neem contract..work like donkey.

The Bosch plant do have many good facilities like Free canteen & Transportation services and is biggest OEM supplier of Braking systems.
But i fail to understand why in almost all manufacturing industry they treat permanent employee and others differently totally biased. Also mostly day to day Norms are not followed strictly as they should be. Worst Human resources I would say.

Standardise work with less salary. excellent canteen food. highly educated worker which deserve more salary. CC department is very clean and discipline having every year trip in kokan for all departmental employeees some of the HR people are very stupid.

I had very bad experience here. I m ashamed of this company as the way they treated me.I had been appointed as a Neem Consultant, and after 1 month they told me to leave the job as they informed me that i cannot work in Bosch because i had worked in other bosch company. I have 1 year experience in Bosch packaging limited verna Goa. After completing my training in goa, i thought of joining in some other company in pune. I submitted my resume in pune bosch .they called me and took interview and i i got selected. And i mentioned every details of my experience. Bfr taking me they should had informed me. Now they are telling me after month. I feel ashamed of this rule and company. I dont understand what kind of rule is this???.. if i work in one bosch company then i cannot work in other bosch company.??? ...i had been waiting for the job..now i have to search in some other company for job. Wait for more months

The place is very dirty also the surroundings are not that much good and the company is very boring also the workers are not that much co-operative

This company have become worse since new contract method is adopted here.. and they treat you very bad.. Security is required for every company but this company security behave like they own company.. lot rules for actual employees while no rules for permanant employees ( except some, some really work hard)..
Pros - bus, canteen , medical
Cons - security , less holidays, no one cares about worker fatigue, No transperancy in treatment etc
