I found this agency by chance on the web, while I was looking for my summer vacation for Sharm.
I was immediately struck by the price offered by their site (I state that I already had several quotes from other travel agencies, and the prices they offered me were all double ...) I don't deny that given the big price difference I was a bit puzzled. So I called and immediately spoke to a very kind operator who explained everything very clearly.
The next day I decided to book (I booked two days before departure), I contacted the agency via telephone again and speaking again with the operator he confirmed everything as already mentioned in the previous phone call.
Within a couple of hours I received the travel confirmation and all the summary with schedules and accommodation.
The travel documents arrived the next day and everything has always remained unchanged !!!
