Clean, well organized location with friendly staff. The barista prepared a tasty mocha for me and was incredibly pleasant.

Great service, friendly employees, super helpful. They also informed me that churches can get discounts if they sign up through their company for them. I purchased three Bible cases and one Bible and the guy that helped me help me with my discount so that way I can get them better price because I bought so much. I had also bought a Bible previously and it's super giant print so I went back and got another one I love books-a-millions employees and the supplies they have.

I go for coffee and the baristas are always super awesome.. even making coffee for my granddaughter.. (chocolate milk)

Florence Alabama without BAM no way this store is a staple and has been here as long as I can remember the smell of books ahhhhh love it. Employees are great very helpful will order a book if you need it no problem.

The staff is always friendly and willing to help with your needs. Enjoy every visit!

A bit contemporary, for my taste; but I admit to being old fashioned.

Omg you can get lost there. Soo many books. It's a Readers Paradise. Plus the coffee shop is much better than Starbucks on ANY given day & much cheaper too. Plus the employees are so much more friendlier & have awesome customer service.

BAM seemed very understaffed today, but nonetheless I was checked out in a timely manner and the barista was very pleasant to speak with. She helped me choose a coffee and even check out my books. This is always my go to place when I want a brand new copy of a book or for cool knickknacks and christmas presents.

Always helpful and will even order your books and have them sent to your house so you don't have to come back to the store. Also have a nice coffee shop.
