Recently purchased 6 dining chairs, immediately had issues with rubber stops on each chair leg breaking and marking tiled floor. Retailer was very good and gave us a supply of replacement stops. however issue continues. when I highlighted issue directly to Bontempi, their response was refer to retailer and as they had supplied replacement stops the chairs were able to be used. No apology and very poor response
