Great food and excellent service. We had cheese curds, steak, and pan fried walleye. All of them were great. Portions were huge! Good value.

A1 service! Great food & ambiance. Celebrated our 9th wedding anniversary there. The waiter even offered dessert on the house for celebrating with them.

Atmosphere is nice, we didn't feel out of place in casual clothes, but it overall it still felt classy.

Ordered the ribeye with twice baked potato and green beans. Sides were very meh, potato skin was crispy and ruined. Green beans were fine. The steak was absolutely better than I expected. Good flavor and seasoning, I asked for rare and got a medium steak, so that was a bummer.

The menu is kinda all over the place, so I guess this would be a good place to come if you're craving steak and your friends want something else.

Oh yum! Tuna appetizer was incredible, so fresh with a nice balance of flavors. Fish tacos were very good but whatever that side stuff was with it - some sort of unidentifiable- cabbage, beans; It didn't make any sense. Could have definitely used a side of sour cream a few black olives and a bit of shredded cheese. The turkey burger looked and smelled great and I'm told it had a nice texture and was done perfectly. The steaks were done to perfection and while the twice baked potato looked a little dry I'm told it was delicious.

I only rolled past the Bonfyre last evening but I live close by so I hear much. Over the years this quality restaurant has been spoken of fondly. Good food, friendly staff, clean and neat.
Very romantic lighting . A nice appetizer menu if people just want to nibble while they talk.
They have a meeting room available also.
So treat yourselves sometime soon.

A high end place to grab bite to eat for lunch or dinner, located just off the beltline.

A wide selection of dishes to choose from. Bonfyre offers salads, sandwiches, stakes, and bowls. There are vegetarian options along with gluten free as well. The veggie black bean burger is good. For a side the roasted red potatoes I would recommend.

Nice open bar to sit at while you wait for your table. Good beer and cocktail selection. Service is very good, friendly, and attentive. Extra parking in the ramp is available in the back if you can't find a spot out front. It can get a bit loud when it is busy so it can be hard to hold a conversation.

The cheesecake mousse dessert is amazing. Try it you won't be disappointed.

Food was perfect. Most steak run 40$ other plates start at $15 to 20$.

One of the best meals I ve had in Madison. My steak, twice-baked potato and crab cakes were amazing and service was excellent.

Very disappointed. Everyone we've talked to said average at best. Atmosphere is the only thing driving this place. Food very average, drinks average, service good. Overall way better places in Madison.

I recommend the wood fired grilled seafood trio and the jambalaya. They never disappoint.
