I received a call from Donna about replacing thumb spica wrist splints, one of which had started fraying/coming apart after receiving them 2 weeks ago.

Donna was amazing -- calm, extremely polite, very professional, solved my problem with ease and efficiency, and had a warm and calming demeanor. She scheduled a free drop off at my workplace of 2 replacement splints at a time that was good for me. I've never had anyone offer such a great service before. Buckle for strap on a,knee brace broke Nov 8,17 called 3 times no response. Buckle for another strap. Called Co. That makes brace they are OVER NIGHTING NEW KNEE BRACE. To very incompetent people.

I hate to even give one star. I use a TENS unit. I have to call multiple times to even get pads and batteries for my TENS unit. This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with. It takes forever to get something that I should receive monthly. And then they have the nerve to submit claims to my insurance company for supplies I ve NEVER received. Horrible! I swear, if I could give zero stars, I would, and happily.

I have had the unfortunate opportunity to receive 2 devices from Bonel. One my husband didn't realize he had for his ankle and a boot that costs $40 on Amazon, but Bonel charges over $300 for. Bonel should be ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people this way. I don't know how they get doctors to agree to work with them but I'm going to make it my mission to never accept another device for myself or my entire family if it comes from Bonel. I will make sure the doctors and nurses know why. I'll have a copy of the 2 invoices from them along with their threatening written notes on them right on my phone ready to share.

charged over $300 for a walking boot...you can get on Amazon for $50....its criminal

I appreciate the staff at Bonel. They were very efficient at getting my equipment and showing me how to use it. I would definitely recommend them for durable medical equipment.

I highly recommend Sergio he fit me for my back brace which feels amazing.
