Simon and his team built a bespoke TV and shelving unit for us. We wanted a large unit with a sliding screen which could hide our TV when not being watched and with elegant shelving that would be suitable for artwork. The finished piece looks wonderful and we are super-pleased with the high quality of the work. We also wanted some adjustments to our existing storage cupboards and Simon accommodated those.

Simon was very professional and friendly throughout the process; I provided rough sketches and he came to measure up the space, translated the sketches into computer drawings and worked-out solutions to meet our needs. The TV unit was prepared at his workshop and assembled in place over the course of 2 days by Simon and Steve. Their time-keeping was excellent and they tidied-up well at the end of the day. Simon cares about good craftsmanship and will attend to the small detailing and finishing to make the piece look as good as it possibly can. Nikki was friendly and efficient with the administration and invoicing of the project.

This is the first time I have commissioned a bespoke piece and I was nervous about it but the whole experience has been hassle-free and positive. FormCreations were recommended to me by friends, I would definitely use them again and I whole-heatedly recommend them to others.

NIkki & Simon have just built us bespoke units either side of our TV / fireplace. The end result is so cool, and has transformed our lounge, I could not recommend them highly enough, we have a stunning bespoke feature in our home that is a real talking point. I used Form Creations for a fitted wardrobe with three sliding doors under a sloping ceiling in a loft bedroom and for a floor-to-ceiling shaker wardrobe with double doors in another bedroom.

I found Form Creations online because I was searching for loft-room solutions and for units that were sprayed offsite before installation, rather than needing to be painted by hand post-installation. I was also keen to avoid the big companies where I would not necessarily receive fully bespoke solutions.

Form Creations were straightforward and professional to deal with. Simon was very patient and constructive in dealing with my queries and ultimately delivering solutions that met my objectives and budget. He undertook an initial site visit, produced good computer drawings, allowed me to visit his workshop, and then the units were installed over two days.

I am very pleased with the whole experience and with the build quality and finish of the wardrobes. They are exactly what I envisioned.
