This is a hospital that has some of the most inexperienced, rudest and uncaring medical rejects (not professionals) I have ever tried to deal with. Is there a shortage of good people there? They don't want to help anybody. Just call and ask a simple question. They will transfer you to an answering machine, hang up on you or just want help at all
I have dealt with vets that care more. Ask them who the administrator is and see what happens. Just a damn shame.

Husband went for chest and back pains. If I could rate a zero I would!!! But he said the staff and everyone was nice. But dr. Kellogg was a joke! They discharged him for abdominal pains and he didn't go for abdominal pains. Discharged him as soon as he had ct done. Is there any other hospitals around the Cleveland area or do we need to start driving to Jackson Ms?? Will not be going back!

Amazing people works here, they work miracles to get patients what they need. I have a 86 year old mother who was in need of records, the young lady that assisted gave her outstanding service. She had the most caring voice and remained patient. Don t find great people like that anymore, glad my mother came in contact with her. Thank you. Thank you. Thank You.

I had a procedure done today and the 2nd floor (Ob) entire staff are awesome. They treated me so kind. I can't remember all the names but I do recall Mary and her husband from surgery. These people love people. Thanks so much. And Thanks Dr. Blackwood.

WONDERFUL!!!!! Been a patient and my family has been a patient several times at BMC. Staff and MDs really care and take excellent care of you!

Worse experience ever! If you are a woman and have to have a major surgery like a abdominal hysterectomy, take somebody with you who can help keep you clean cause nobody helped me do jack and several of the nurses had bad attitudes.

Went for x-rays and the x-ray staff was very friendly and professional. My technician Casey Lewis was so helpful and very informative. She made me feel very relaxed during the whole process.

On July 6, 2021at around 11:50, I had an appointment here for an ultrasound and I got horrible service from the receptionist. Her attitude was horrible.

had to go to the ER last night with a wound on my foot. wound was only looked at by x-ray no physical touching of the wound. Dr nor nurses properly introduced themselves or addressed me by my name. I was given a shot(never told what it was) waited 3 hours for them to put a bandaid and antibiotic cream on it that i could ve easily done at home FOR FREE. received my discharge papers with a referral to a doctor that would actually be able to do something and was able to read what shot they had given me. Doctor told me he was going to grab something and never returned. VERY dissatisfied with my service at Bolivar.
