HORRIBLE COMPANY EVER !
Not only are they scammers but they don t want other people to know cause unlike other companies they actually have time to delete/ disabled comments on all their social media ! That s how you know the business ain t popping.
Let me give y all a little briefly story. So i bought tickets to see Anuel in concert today November 15. As we all know it was our first snow storm and our plow workers weren t prepared enough. They didn t think it was going to be as bad as it was. Roads were closed due to the millions of accidents that occurred. And streets weren t clean some still aren t clean and it s 12am! I reached out to these people not 1 not 2 but 3xs asking for a refund due to the weather. I live in NJ and there s no way i would be able to get across the bridge in the weather. In fact an accident of 10 cars occurred around 4pm. They told me the weather was out of there hands. Which I totally get but it was out of my hands that there was traffic and closed roads. What was i suppose to do swim across ?! After spending hours in traffic and my car skidded millions of time I said fxxk this my life is way to valuable! Because ofc god forbid something would of happen to me ? That would of been out of your hands to right ? Smh ! Are you going to delete this too as well like you guys did on your IG page ?! Smh ! BEWARE DONT BUY FROM THESE SCAMMERS!

DONT BUY TICKETS FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! THEY SELL FAKE PICTURE TICKETS THAT DO NOT SCAN. THEY CHARGED ME $32.71 FOR TICKETS TO SEE A DJ AT THIS CLUB. WHEN I GOT TO THE DOOR MY TICKET WAS NOT SCANNING AND THEY SAID THEIR TICKETS WERE NOT SELLING THROUGH THIS SELLER. THEREFORE FORCED TO PAY DOUBLE FOR A LEGIT TICKET. WHEN I CONTACTED THEM, THEY STILL CLAIMED THE TICKET WAS LEGIT AND THEY DID NOT REFUND ME MY MONEY. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM AND SHOULD BE AVOIDED AT ALL COSTS.

Dealing with a ticketing company that is reliable and easy to work is hard to find. Boletosexpress did not only offer the right tickets for the right event I was interested in attending. They also offered continuous customer care and support. I even ended printing tickets with them for a local function which was very afforded and they had a great turn around. I recommend Boletosexpress for all of your events and ticket needs.

Boleto express is a scam and businesses should be careful in dealing with them, as they print tickets of your events and give them to unauthorized sales channels. I've caught them several times selling tickets of my venue without our authorization. It seems they don't verify who in your venue is authorized to order tickets both for online and physical sales.

This site is horrible. I paid $700 for 2 tickets. When the tickets were emailed to me it was totally different then i what purchased. When i tried calling them to alteast have the tickets changed they were not trying to help me. The worst customer service ever. I do not recomend anyone to use this site. Just go directly to ticketmaster.

Horrible company... payed $700.00 for tickets which I lost due to weather and traffic nightmare we encountered 11/15 for the anuel aa concert,Once I called off the back got a rude response I understand company policy states no refund but with the situation we all faced due to weather there should be some type of exception or reschedule for a future show.... it's not easy to just throw $700 down the drain. Never using this company ever again.

I Bought 4 tickets each for $49.99 to see Lokillo on March 9, 2019 and when we arrive, The lady that was checking for the tickets didnt seem to know what she was doing, the we were told to take our jacket off and pay $3.00 as we proceed to sit we were told to sit on the side of the hall but when I purchase the tickets it show it was going to middle like the website show. When I told the guy in charge of the sitting he said you bought general admission and u have sit there the middle tables are for VIP, so told him that is not what I purchase and he was extremely rude. The drinks were extremely pricy and also the food.

Horrible experience this past Sunday, September 23, 2018. Zacarias Ferreira presentation to be more exact. Bought 3 Super VIP tickets $105.00 each pass; and suposely was unlimited beer and Wine...no such a thing, only beer samples were served (half of small cup) and we were limited on consuming.... felt like I was begging for something I paid thinking this people were going to provide a better service... so, please don't believe on this super VIP BS.... I very upset about this.... ladrones!!!! El super artists performed for 30 minutes....only this BS cost so much.
