The service from this company is very bad. Do not respond to e-mail and do not fulfill agreements.

Dredging company does not comply with agreements made. People keep on line for whole days on the phone and promise everything and do nothing. Mechanics are friendly and it is a shame that they work for such a company.
Tomorrow, but a cup of coffee at the office has to be seen whether or not they are meeting the agreements.

Always well served and very flexible. Of the week I had to move a last minute appointment from morning to afternoon. "Problems are there to be solved." was the quick answer.

Just a great company.

Never experienced such a bad service. They prefer to let people wait 5 days with real urgency. And do not keep their agreements. So no recommendation for this company.

Some of the staff may receive a driving course. If you is not there may insert, then you put him against it but at a rate of 100 and then get angry and also drive and fill any claim form

Bokhorst brought in to replace the boiler with us. Unforeseen problems were solved professionally. Neat men and a good job.

I find them very deteriorated. The service used to be much better. Prices that are not passed on correctly. You will not be called back.

They are very bad at keeping appointments. 1.5 weeks an open roof can not leak, there is insulation in between. After 2 rain showers significant damp spots on the ceiling.! Downpipe broken you have to keep calling for that and then they will not just come to a company at the agreed time but yes the landlord has a contract with it. So I will keep calling !!

Very knowledgeable club, that Bokhorst. Our entire heating project was carried out super tight. Job was even done earlier than planned. Very satisfied!

not even worth one star you make an appointment because the heating is not working. They were supposed to come between 10 a.m. and 1 p.m. don't get too busy. must find out for yourself. I have no worries for this.

I am quickly and well helped in an emergency with the drain and supply of the washing machine. Bokhorst also helped with the annual maintenance. Nothing to criticize, excellent service.

A Bokhorst technician has installed a new boiler for us! Very satisfied with the result. Skilled and neat mechanic and arrived as agreed. The administrative handling is also correct. I would call them again next time for installation work.

After visiting my father 6 times, he still has no heating. Several times the CV was not made or forgotten things such as opening a slide, replacing the condensation hose (water damage to the ceiling) etc. Now they do not come at all because the dog would have bitten, but the dog only jumped up and not bitten. Had consultation that the dog can go into the kitchen when the mechanic comes but they keep refusing. All in all, a very bad company that employs mechanics with insufficient knowledge and training not to mention the service.

Another 8 men can tell about ClimaRad. All again a lot wiser.

What a bad company !! In 2 weeks a broken CV and the people on the phone are anything but human !! You are expected to stay at home all day because the mechanic cannot call fifteen minutes in advance to arrive !! Very unprofessional on the phone !! Word is literally said then you have to make sure that someone is at home !!! Ridiculous company !!!

Abnormally Bad Company! In addition, the telephone operators are very unprofessional and customer unfriendly. Bad company you have to wait a lot of time before they come. It takes about 5 days before they can arrive, but sometimes it is longer.

In the case of a contractor in the neighborhood looking for a plumber, the plumbing work appears to be outsourced to this company. They will come by soon for the first visit and look at what needs to be done. (Storm damage to the sinking gutter), but then:
- not meeting appointment dates,
-order wrong materials,
-re leaks occur after the first work,
- an applied 'emergency bandage' does not appear to stick well and does not solve the leakage.
-for the second three meters the offer is twice as high !!!
- in the installed gutter, leakage can occur again with a full gutter because the gutter does not consist of one piece, but of overlapping strips.
My conclusion: do not do a job with this company.

Mechanics are very friendly and competent, but the organization and planning leave something to be desired.
Fast breakdown service that (temporarily) resolves leakage. The technician advised us to make a follow-up appointment to be able to replace damaged materials on the CV. Made this appointment, but a technician was three (!) Times without the necessary materials (it turned out not to be ordered). Seated a total of 5 months with a leaking CV. We are then looked at strangely at this, because the file was closed in the meantime.
