The Bogopa product plantain strips (sweet) are definitely NOT SWEET. In fact, they taste like regular plantain chips and their SALTY. At $6.00 a bag, they should sell what is being marketed what they really are. Very disappointing. I just lost money on a product that's NOT what it portrays.
Not bad, park on the opposite side of the street, in front of building. If you drive a sleeper, once your in" unloading is fast"first come first serve, open at 6am for receiving, look! It's ny , it's always rough and tough for any trucker, just be careful,
Need to go around the block and come back, drive over divider to set up for sight side backing. City installed a bike lane so now Fountain is a single lane 2 way street. I was unloaded very fast considering that load was 2 days late. Thank you for the quick and efficient unloading.
Truckers were not taken into consideration when this warehouse was designed. Because of the way it's structured, traffic is held up for extended periods of time to city buses, cars, and the truckers. The meridian makes it almost impossible for truckers to back into the warehouse, as required! HORRIBLE!!!!
Decided to visit this store which replaced Pathmark supermarket well over a year ago, and was pleasantly surprised at its well stocked shelves and was impressed with its fresh fish market and its fresh meat department. The prices were competitive and its staff friendly. I will go back again because of these features, however location is quite a distance from me so I wont be able to shop as often as I would like.
Like I always say. New york is not for any truck driver. And this is one of those places. To park, you have to wait for the red light. So you have 15 or 20 seconds to block both lanes. Make sure your bumper is not too low, since you have to get on the sidewalk. Do not end up damaging the bumper. Do not enter the parking lot of the school bus. You do not have to open the door on the street, you can open the doors once you've entered trailer. The staff is friendly. They unload you fast. In general, once you have come here, the second time will be easier.
All I gotta say is if you have a hard time here, don't deliver anywhere else in brooklyn. Aside from traffic the back itself is easy. Park somewhere, double park if yoy need and check in. It's an industrial area so easy to go around the block to sight side back.
Three pallets on a 53 foot trailer. Out in 10 mins.
