Place was packed went in without a reservation, I highly recommend placing a reservation in advance. Ended up sitting at the bar. Oscar the bartender was great very friendly took care of us very well, the food was excellent I had the sea bass puttanesca it was delicious. Will definitely be back.

Charming place. Went in for a weekday breakfast. Bartender was super nice. The eggs Benedict we're actually great. Went here when I was getting my car shampooed next door. Great place to burn a couple of hours.

We had dinner at North Beach Bistro everything was wonderful. We were in the area looking for a place to eat and we are glad we stopped in. I could go on about how wonderful we were treated but you will have to stop in and give it go , you won't be sorry that you did.
THE Onyx inside the great bar Bogeys is the BEST !! GREAT FOOD STAFF AND FREE ENTERTAINMENT. Cannot express how wonderful ALL aspects are! Our side of town needed and still needs great restaurant's and for years now we have that at The Onyx inside Bogeys!
The food is really good and the portions are huge. Decent prices. Non smoking area still smidge smokey but that's hard to control with no partition between smoking and non smoking

Went in to watch the NHL playoff game. I was surprised to see only 2 customers at the bar. TV screens were decent, but wide variances in picture quality as at least 2 were dim and a little blurry, but whatever, at least I can watch the game on the newer TV s. The bartender was reasonably pleasant, but catered more to the only other 2 that were there. Obviously regulars. The game had about 18 minutes left. Looked for beer on tap, they don t have beer on tap. I was on a budget and being 4 days from pay day, I ordered a Budweiser figuring the price would be $3-4 at the most, right? I ordered a second one since the game went into overtime adding another 30 minutes to my visit. When it was over, I got the check to find out it was $10 plus tax. $5 for a bottle of domestic?! Are you kidding? No wonder there were only 2 people in there while other local bars were packed for the playoff game with $2-3 beer specials. I won t be back.
We were very happy with the food we ordered, and we drank for free at the bar because we were playing the poker machines.
Standard pricing for everything, including video poker. Our first server, Julie, was amazing! Our second server, Tiffany, not so much. Good location, great pub food!

Terrible service, "Bartender" Frank is a miserable human being. I arrived for a cocktail a little after midnight, with an empty bar, at which point Frank began ranting about everything in his job description (maybe due to having a shift switched to include this particular night's extra grave). I tried cheering him with small talk (eventually reminding him the bar was empty) only to be reciprocated with more misery. I hit 4 of a kind and would've played more except I needed to run, not walk, away from bogeys to not let him and his empty bar kill my Saturday. Good luck finding some light in your life Frank. The new bar up the street was full of interesting folks and didn't put a double shot of inhumanity in my drink.
Best Italian food I have found so far,and I am Italian,I have tried many dishes and my husband being a chef himself was also satisfied,we will go often
