Body Color tanning salon Reviews

Came tanning here and within the first three minutes of me lying in the machine it started flickering on and off and the lights shut off. I toggled it myself for a few minutes, the lights were off on the machine but the fan was on and the machine was running. I asked this extremely rude child behind the desk to reset the machine and fix the issue, she put seven minutes back on the tanning bed. So once the machine shuts off again I have to cover myself up open the door and talk loud enough for her to hear me from my room to the reception area, she stated that since I told her five minutes into my tanning that she was only going to put the remaining 7 minutes on. Absolutely no help, unable to clearly understand what I was asking her. I expressed to her that This was a very inconvenient experience and she told me that I should never come back then. I have children of my own as well as businesses in the neighborhood and by no means will I be spoken to that way by a rude little girl with no manners. I ve been to the salon plenty of times and spend my money, and now her wish is granted, I will never go back or send my clients to this salon ever again. All of the other girls at this location have been super friendly, this girl had an attitude and gave an issue as soon as I walked through the door.

I have excellent service at this location . Stephanie was so nice and helpful .... and a very good employee ... I have to say she is respectful to the customers . She does her job excellent . I will definetly recommend this location to all my friends !!!!!

C Bolanos review is very much a half truth of what happened. I was in the partial machine room behind the counter, and so heard the entire encounter. The woman at the desk was very polite when the customer walked in and apologized for an issue earlier in the day, explaining that she could not bring her small child into the room or LEAVE THEM IN THE HALL while she tanned(what kind of parent would leave their child unattended so they could tan to begin with?!) due to safety and liability concerns. As Bolanos stated, she told the employee that her bed had shut off and the employee reset the bed for the remaining time, and the employee repeatedly explained that because she was informed the bed stopped working with 7 minutes remaining, that s all she could put back on the timer. Bolanos became extremely rude at that point, insulting the employee and threatening to leave a bad review, which is how I thought to look here. the employee stood her ground and said she was sorry she was unhappy but there s nothing more she could do. All of the staff here, INCLUDING the woman working today, are very nice, polite and professional. Don t let a rude customer change your mind of a great salon and staff!!!
