Very poor quality fires! Our fire is 9 years old, a part is broken, the manufacturer is bankrupt, so the entire mechanism must be replaced. At the time, this fire was highly recommended to us, but had nothing but misery with it. Now again cost 2000 euros!

This concerns my gas fireplace, which was renewed last year. This one no longer works and I have been waiting for a repairman for months. They canceled the first appointment themselves with the promise to make a new one quickly, but in the meantime I don't get any response anymore. Mails remain unanswered and they cannot be reached by telephone. People refer to the e-mail, which would be read ... of a vicious circle.

So this is my penultimate attempt to get them to take action. Next week I will call in my lawyer and, in addition to reimbursing the legal costs, I will also request loss of favor.
