3 1/2 Stars. No distinguishing factor except for general manager who made things right to make my purchase happen. Good people work there so it must be the new ownership.
They have a system. We showed up, said we wanted to test drive. Met with helpful staff, identified a few contenders, went and drove a few cars. Came back inside and got some printed out information and staff answered our questions. Would definitely go back.
I came in in need of a vehicle. I was for a reliable 2 year old vehicle! I was approved and all papers signed within the hour. Registration transferred within a few hours. Picked up cleaned and detailed vehicle. Easy and seamless transaction with salesperson Jose! I will definitely use them again! I was very pleased with my experience!
BUYER BEWARE!
I spoke with Andrew (Sales Manager), who gave me a price on a car. He didn't transfer the deal to a sales contract and I didn't read it, assuming they would honor the terms of my verbal agreement with Boch. When it came to Finance time, they refused to honor it because I signed an agreement showing the higher price.
First time I went to Boch and the service was excellent. I bought my truck from Milford Nissan and I am not happy with the service or the condition of the waiting area. Boch was clean and has good coffee, Milford seats in the waiting room smell like a dog and have dog hairs. I was very pleased with Boch all around and will continue to do business with Boch.
We walked in, we found a car, they said it was ours then someone bought the car while we were talking about the finances and trade in, waisted more than 2hrs of our time. Friendly staff gets 3 stars but we will never go back.
It was a busy day there today because they were running some promotions. There was a long wait to see a sales person. I bought my last car there and got an excellent price for both the new car and trade-in. However I recommend going at an off time because you don't want to spend a long time waiting.
They have a excellent service department. Specially, my servicr advisor Tyler , keep me post everyday of my car repair progress and solid service from start to finish. Great job and Thank you!
Service department insisted I needed 4 new brake pads and all 4 rotors resurfaced, which could be okay if I had 4 sets on my Tacoma. I gave the service advisor every opportunity to correct himself but he only tried to convince me I was wrong.
For those that don't understand the Tacoma has drum brakes in the rear so there are no rotors or pads involved. They were trying to steal money from me.
Who knows how many times they pull this on people that don't know any better.
