This is a wonderful small hotel in the best part of Tel Aviv. Right next to Rothschild Blvd. Families and couples and great restaurants, cafes and coffee shops abound. The hotel staff are kind and considerate. The chef is "Israeli WOW". The food is actually unexpected because most Hotel Restaurants are just there to take advantage or a tired or uniformed customer. This one was just off the charts. I spoke to the chef, the manager the staff as they all asked me how I was doing and took time to visit my table. And that was during a very busy morning brunch. Very friendly. The hotel rooms are small. In Israel or NYC or any big city that's just the way of it. But it had all the amenities. Even welcome champagne upon arrival with great chocolates and sparkling water in the room. The shampoos were even outstanding as was the shower with hot water and pressure.

So far the best service i had in a hotel. We got a room upgrade because i was on crutches. The room was completely new and we had amazing sea view. They suprised us with chocolate and wine in the room for valentinesday. Everyone was super friendly and caring. We will definitely come back!

The reception was very welcoming and hospitable. The staff was on point, especially the head of the shift, Daniel Nasi who managed everything and seemed to have it all going. He made us feel even more welcomed. The rooms are very cool especially the sea view made it extra unique being so high up and over viewing the entire city.
Basically an amazing weekend get away even though we live in Tel Aviv, it was very special & would book again.

Overall, great hotel, with a few small exceptions.

We got an upgrade for one of the larger Deluxe City View rooms (free of charge)
The Urban room we had ordered was quite small, and if you are not accustomed to city-center EU style rooms, will feel rather crammed.

The good;

-Food was great.
-Service: hotel staff was accommodating and kind.
-Style and design: cool and well styled hotel. Great design IMHO.
-Location; great for a down-town TLV stay. Perfect location.
-Rooms: we designed, comfortable beds, great view (in view rooms)
-Rooftop bar: great location and vibe.

Less good;

-the hotel was in a pre-run phase, and not all amenities were running. The hotel was clear in communicating this in advance. I m sure it ll be great once open.
-Layout- as the hotel was built into an existing structure some of the hotel makes less sense to navigate i.e. needing to go up one elevator to the lobby from street level, but another to the rooms or parking. Not a huge issue, but worth mentioning.

Overall; very nice hotel. Well designed urban feel. Kind and accommodating staff. Location is excellent for a down-time focused visitor.
Not a family hotel. More aimed at a young crowd.

The best of the Brown hotels. The design is impeccable. The city view is breathtaking. The rooftop is beautiful. Service was a bit slow but that's probably because they just opened a few days before we checked in. We'll definitely visit again. Highly recommended
