It s never fun when a major appliance dies, but Cuy & Ike at Bobby Dollar have been great to work with as I ve had to replace a refrigerator, dishwasher and Washer/ Dryer in the last several years. They were both very patient with my many questions.. gave all the information I needed... then supported my decision process without any pressure. I really appreciate the way their professional and calm demeanors helped me to reach a good decision. All of the appliances I finally selected have worked great and they have stood behind everything they have sold me. Thanks Bobby for the great small town service and for selecting such fine employees! I will certainly be back in the future if and when I need more appliances.
I love the fact that I could text & online chat a salesperson, prior to making the drive to the store. Once there, everyone was so friendly, & they had the appliance in stock that we d been searching months for.

Visited in person a few months ago and found it to be fine. Called this week about getting a new double door refrigerator. Talked to Cuy.think that's how you spell it. Took my information and said he would call me back,never did. No way to do business. I bought a new one at Lowes and the experience was great. They went out of their way to help me.
Highly recommend! We live in Tallahassee and experienced something of a refrigeration crisis when our noble 22-year-old GE refrigerator/freezer finally gave up the ghost. Bobby Dollar had in stock the precise replacement GE model we were seeking, the price was fair, the process smooth and delivery swift.
