I got the flags I needed at a great price. The person who helped me, Amy, was courteous and knowledgeable. Thanks from Pop's Hardware.

Had custom feather flags done, or what they call "swoop" flags, and the product turned out terrible. When the flags were set up they would look crumpled and were unreadable. Tried to get the flags fixed only to arguing with the designer at the time, Alan, and another associate who I think is a manager up there.Neither one of them were in any way customer savvy. And either Alan quit or got fired in between the process of our flags being fixed. Only helpful person up there was the receptionist, and I believe her name was Amy.
In other words, I would highly recommend that you do NOT use this company for custom flags or any other project for that matter. The work I received was terrible.

I highly recommend Bob Hughes Display! I used them to get 2 of my customers flags for there last minute event. I called on a Wednesday morning and got my order in before end of day and they turned it around by Friday the same week just in time for my customers deadline! The price was not the cheapest but the quality and turnaround was worth it!

Excellent customer service. Fair prices. Will recommend
