Worst online shop ever., my issue is they are fail...

Worst online shop ever., my issue is they are failing to communicate, I've been on chat 3 times waiting. Only managed once for someone to respond and they did not update delivery that should have been dispatched by now according to their website. When I asked her to cancel order she said yet she would. This has NOT been done. I've called on telephone twice once on hold for 45 minutes and 30 minutes the other time, I've also emailed twice and have had no response, as you could imagine I'm very upset by this lack of basic communication and no longer wish to deal with this company, I've asked numerous times to cancel and they have not honored this, clearly this is in breach of the Fai Trading Act.

Ok... so i ve been refused service for not wearing a mask despite advising about having an exemption. I was also asked to show the ID.. since when do shop assistants have authority to check your papers???
