Had a dial break on accident and phoned BOA customer service to see what my options were. The service rep I spoke with was very friendly and had a new dial sent out and at my door in a couple of days. Plenty of tutorials on their website to assist with repairs. Pretty slick process, and my boot is fixed. This is my 3rd season with the BOAs and I've never had any problems - really like the design! Thanks!
Called BOA to find out which system was installed in my boots because one of my BOAs broke. Not only gave me the proper information, but also dropped a new part in the mail and I got it the next day. Will definitely get my next pair of boots with BOAs. Over the top customer service.

Purchased a new pair of boots from a store online and the Boa system was installed incorrectly out of the box. I called Boa and they allowed me to come in and helped me fix my boots so I could ride the next day. Awesome customer service!
Had an issue with a dial and contacted BOA to see if it was normal operation, mostly out of curiosity as opposed to expecting a solution. Spoke to Lindsay Huffman who not only had a great attitude, but shipped me a replacement to the UK the very next day!
