I hate to leave a negative review. Just hoping to get someone s attention. We ordered take out on 4/10/21 while visiting town for a family weekend getaway. My credit card was overcharged. I called the restaurant and they apologized and took my information down including name and credit card information and said they would correct the issue. It is now 4/19 and I m still waiting. I have called the restaurant 3 times and been told the manager is busy. They take my information down and no one ever calls back. I have tried calling at 11 when the restaurant opens and they are still too busy to talk. I have also sent an email. I honestly don t understand what the problem is?? It was a simple mistake that could easily be fixed and I m getting the run around. Extremely frustrating. I would never order from here again while in town for this reason. Extremely poor management team which is unfortunate for the people that own the restaurant.
