Haven't bought a bike but always friendly sales folks and I get parts I need and expert advice. Had a bike needed service and I got an expert assessment, a good quote, and it was really well done work at the quoted price.

Decent selection of bikes, knowledgeable friendly staff. There was a selection of riding gear and gloves.

I never met anyone more unprofessional service rep than Todd. Totally disappointed. I bring salvage bike with obvious front end damage for diagnostic to know exactly what s needs to be replaced. Todd was rude and knew nothing about mechanic stuff.
They charged me 161$ for nothing.

Went in for a fuel pump recall service, when they brought the bike out the fuel gauge wasn't working (was before the service). I brought the bike right back they replaced the part immediayely at no charge since it failed while they had it in the shop.

Nice, clean, professional shop. Decent selection of gear and accessories as well as full inventory of new and used BMW bikes. Located in an industrial park right off 217 and 99 in Tigard. Give them a look!

I m am thrilled to report continued excellence from this dealership. I drive way out my way to service my bike here, and especially to work with Todd and the amazing team behind the scenes.

My wife purchased her first bike here recently with Graham. There was a bit of a mixup with regards to a promotion, however Rainer and Graham went above and beyond to make sure we were happy and taken care of. I was blown away by the transparency, teamwork and communication of this team. All this and we were purchasing a relatively inexpensive starter bike.

I will happily be returning to buy my next bike, and continuing to service them here!
