Bought my car at this dealership and they made the process looks so easy and Ali was my salesman and he was so kind we actually went there to see a car but by the time we got there the car was gone and sold Ali found another car that was way better with better options and we fall in love with the car and we bought it on the same day. I had been looking for my car for a while. It was worth the wait to find my vehicle at BMW of West Houston.
Olga took care of me. "No pressure" as she said. I was in love with my little RAV4.
After i left happy with my car I found there was a microphone missing in the vehicle that prevented me from connecting my phone.
I called Olga and she and the Service Manager approved for Toyota to place the missing microphone and they paid for my bill.
I did not buy a BMW but this did not matter. I was treated as a queen.
I will recommend them forever.
I have purchased my last two BMWs from BMW West through Jacob Garza. Jacob is amazing! Extremely professional, extremely knowledgeable, and provides first class service before, during, and after the sale. With my second BMW he was able to order one for me exactly how I wanted it. Whenever I'm at the dealer for service I notice that Jacob always manages to spot his clients and make sure that they are being taken care of. Jacob is definitely someone to have saved as a contact if you are looking for a new BMW.
I recently had service done to my BMW 330i (which is still under warranty) and the people at this dealership had noticed a issue with one of my struts. They went ahead and ordered all the parts to replace it. When the parts arrived they had me make an appointment to drop it off and everything was done the same day. I am very happy with my experience there and especially my experience with the service advisor David McCormick. I am glad that I have a dealership that i can rely on thats located so close to my home

She kept me updated during the design, manufacturing & delivery phases, which I really appreciate ! My Seat Belt Receptacle decided to not function today as I was in the process of going out and pick up something from the store.
I called around a bit, considered going to a non-BMW shop to see if they could fix it but resolved to go to the BMW West location.
I pulled in and David was there. David was honest with what He read of Me, offering solid advice.
David said, "Let me take a look at it..." David came out of my car and said It just worked for me, why don't you give it a try..."
I said I tried it a hundred times before coming here and it wouldn't work.
I sat in my seat, latched my seat belt and "Voila!"
David told me it must be my lucky day and He wished they'd all end up like this. I said I prayed heavily to the man up stairs, knowing I was going to have to spend $600 dollars because "Everything" on a BMW starts at $600 dollars.

I called several times last week to confirm an ETA on my vehicle which I was told every time that my service provider wasn t in. I asked for a manager to follow up with me twice and as alway they were in meetings. Got a call this past Saturday from my service provider Bradley who told me my car was ready and come pick it up Monday morning. I get there today wait around only to be told that my car is still being worked on while one person told me they have valet the paperwork to pull it around. I again ask for a service manager and once again everyone is in a meeting and will reach back out to me, yet that call hasn t take place not once out the 3 times I have requested it. Now let s see if they re like most companies who care about there social media presence and someone finally reaches out and gives me the correct ETA on when my vehicle will be repaired, returned to me and what the actual problem was since I can t clearly get answers over the phone nor in person!

Went in today on a whim. Was not expecting to purchase a vehicle. Ali (salesman) and Richard (finance manager) took great care of me. I left totally satisfied! I couldn t have gotten a better deal especially with all the vehicles being on back order. I was literally at the dealership no longer than 2 hours. It took me longer to decide on the car versus them handling all the paperwork. I am very pleased and I will be referring all my family and friends!
