I would have also given 5 stars if it was not for the unnerving wait together with other hundreds of people at the entrance .. 1 hour to enter .. Disorganization in managing the queues of those who had already bought online and who did not. People who had already booked the massage and could not do it, bathrobes ended up due to the heavy influx of people. A delirium! But I have to say that once inside, everything has softened. The spaces are large, there are several relaxation rooms, many pools with hydro and water jets, (externally 2 tanks with very hot water and a cold) the waiting room for the outdoor sauna with the various fragrances to be steamed on skin. Paid 50 per person with a bathrobe, towel and slippers and a scrub event in the very nice hammam room, I have remained soft and smooth skin for days to go back certainly during the week not on holidays!

Monticello spa we found ourselves very well helpful staff welcoming place we recommend it

Absurd to go to a spa and pay over 30 for 4 hours without providing slippers and a bathrobe.

The place is beautiful but the more it goes on the more they tend to decrease what they offer you, they always try to scrape more and more people by paying something more than a few years. Today I went and entering the dining room where before some biscuits gave it to you now if you just want lousy cakes that look like plastic and to drink many idiots that cost him nothing like water and lemon !!!!!!!!!!! !! well at least they knew how to do it but when you put me in a container (I must say with a nice look to deceive the person) about 4/5 liters of water and a sliced lemon that floats inside where it does not give the water any flavor because you should at least squeeze a lemon again and put at least a little juice so that water and lemon is ??? But they don't because the cost would go up by 10 cents. of the bin full of water only at 20 cents to add another lemon. Anyway today I observed people who went around the table and in the end they almost all took lemon tea, the only drinkable thing. I even saw people who took something to drink, tasted it and threw it away making grimaces of disgust. I would now like to say to those who by these directives that thus spreading the voice and customers decrease especially given the period that is being lived, so if those who manage this spa think they are smart because they think they are taking for the C ... ....... People believing that it is only him or them or the clever ones, you have not understood that instead you are taking the piss yourself because sooner or later you will be watching the beautiful pools and empty saunas. I want to clarify that I would have many things to add such as the temperature of the pools reduced compared to 3 years ago where it was a pleasure to be immersed in the water with snow at the poolside, people who pay to use the entire center and find themselves: sometimes a tank closed for maintenance, another time you cannot access another area because you rent for a bachelor party, birthdays or other events of the kind that people who paid a full entrance when you subtract part of it. I do not see these behaviors too correct towards those who choose to come and spend a day in the center every now and then. Sorry but I hope that what has been said makes you understand that it is more profitable to charge 100 and give the customer 101 than to pay 100 and give 99

Nice place, apart from the inconvenience of the queue with numbers that it was not clear to anyone who should take, and without tables that would have made it obvious in addition to helping dispose of the crowd during the waiting period. We expected to pay for the weekday and non-holiday, so 10 euros more for 2 people on January 2nd, I did not understand correctly. Relaxing experience. N.B. Relaxation evening from 19.30 to 30 euros, but they close at 22.30, half a day should be 34 euros and are 4h.

beautiful spa, I have been there several times, the last time in January and it was great to be in the outdoor pools with 2 degrees outside. All well maintained and clean (tubs, saunas, changing rooms) and overall a pleasant experience.

I go there often and have always felt good. I think the prices have risen too much though and you are obliged to include a treatment in the full day package. At the price increase there are more saunas and relaxation rooms but more than anything else they are used for treatments. Also in the last 2 years they have completely removed the buffet and left the drinks so you are practically forced to go to the restaurant.
Furthermore, there are now only the GOLD packages that also include the towel and slippers.
Initially I gave 5 stars but I don't think I can give them anymore. Unfortunately, there are only 3.
As for the cleanliness and the pools some have been renovated and are always beautiful. I can't say anything about this!

Beautiful day of relaxation with kind staff and excellent facilities. It really counts.

The structure, although well cared for, is a bit small, especially on weekends or on special holidays, where it is literally stormed by people unfortunately not always respectful of the place that should be totally relaxing. The outdoor sauna with a panorama of the mountains is splendid, especially at sunset. The changing rooms are slightly narrow and it is not always possible to change easily or find support points.

Water in the tanks was cold for the rest, everything was fine

Excellent location to relax. Salt pool that goes from the inside to the outside very nice. Lots of saunas and Turkish baths. Loungers for relaxation and all-day gym. Restaurant a bit 'expensive but good.

I was a year ago with my wife, a very nice place with areas dedicated to relaxation, heated outdoor pools, sauna and turkish bath. Honestly as my friends had advertised it to me I would have expected more, of spa there is no it's nothing, more Spa, but there are many like this without going to Monticello.

Very nice SPA, relaxing environments, competent staff. I did not understand the purpose of the pink mask (it should be called that), but the relaxation rooms, pools and environments are really comfortable.
Good also the teas proposed in the corridor between the various environments.
A further compliment to the couples who take care of the couple massage, because they really put you at ease.
A little disturbing the lighting of the corridor that connects the female changing room to the pools.
Remember to bring the swimsuit: my husband and I had forgotten it and we had to buy it there at a cost, in my opinion, a little too high, especially as they carry the SPA logo, so if reused elsewhere , free advertising is also done.

To be avoided during the weekend. Instead of a spa it seems to be in a water park. True that the responsibility lies with those who do not have the slightest respect for those around them, but also the total absence of surveillance. Too bad, because the place itself is very beautiful and well cared for.

Very nice, there are many pools of different levels of heat in several relaxation areas, meditation saunas, Turkish baths, showers etc. You can relax in a great way, it is also good in winter with external and internal pools with hot water.

The place is very beautiful and also the swimming pools, I made the ticket for the whole day. There is an indoor pool, a whirlpool, a hot and cold pool both open, with various very pleasant underwater bubble games. And then there are several rooms with various vapors, sauna, turkish bath at different temperatures, various hand showers. Together with the entrance is a treatment between face or body scrub. For the spa there are distributors with water and herbal teas. Every now and then a co-worker passes by with a tray of appetizers for customers. To those who had my autonomy (zero) I recommend bringing food to consume secretly in the locker room.

Fabulous, but they have raised prices too much compared to a few years ago.

I have also been there in the past and I must say that the service has clearly deteriorated.
Environment not really clean.
Salt room WITHOUT salt: it doesn't feel right and "tiles" have been put in that give the effect of salt. It looks like a joke.
Water that leaves you with a "salty" I don't know.
To drink, "flavored ..." drinks: water with lemon slices, water with orange slices, water with no one knows what ... Basically, water! Just plain water.
From 3h it has become 4h, but the service has dropped significantly.
Once upon a time there was also something to eat, like biscuits, rusks ... today, nothing: 2 grapes just for and 6 mandarins put there. Mah.
The price: x 2 people around 80 .
It is not really worth it; not at all satisfied.
Unfortunately, it has become a mass place and no longer renowned.

Bad value for money.

There are no water games if not the bed and the fountains that you now find even in the cheapest wellness centers.
The news are three horrible rooms, one dedicated to nature, painted green with plastic plants on the sides, when in a spa I am offered the nature in plastic, well, I can think of how the leaves will be cleaned in the coming months and in a year that room will be full of dust and dirt mites.
The other two rooms, fire and Zen, very uninteresting, two statues in one and two paintings with simulation of fire the other.

Nearby there are better solutions

Always nice and relaxing to come back here .... it's a fixed destination when I need to really unplug. Friendly staff who are always very attentive to every need.

SpA where to relax manicured and clean changing rooms

I spent my birthday there and I have to say that it was super detaching and dedicating myself to my well-being. The structure has many pools both inside and outside (in the large external one it is fabulous to be guided by the current clinging to a rubber buoyancy aid) an area dedicated to saunas and Turkish baths, hammams and several themed relaxation rooms. I also participated in two events in the Zen room: a training led by a recorded voice to achieve deep relaxation (my partner even fell asleep!) And the Tibetan bells. I liked them both.

I go to this place to buy a free entrance for a friend. Check there are 3 women one is serving. The other two speak ill of their colleagues, one looks at me and with a smile tells me "now someone is coming". After about five minutes of waiting, the only one who was working freed herself and served me! But you can put two such nasty people in touch with the public without the slightest respect for me or their work. Very bad !!!!!
