Blumenthal Performing Arts Center Review

Wow went to see Shenyun which was absolutely amazing, gorgeous incredible performances. Beautiful theater as well. Fantastic

Wished the bears had a weekend schedule. They look like they would be fun to watch and listen to.

Great place to see shows in uptown Charlotte. Parking is only $5 next door which is a deal. Plenty of restaurants in the area.

Went to see The Lion King and it was great. It was far beyond what I expected. The singing and dancing was awesome.

We had season tickets to Broadway Lights and thoroughly enjoyed this venue. Easy access, friendly staff, concessions, good acoustics.

Great theater with fantastic sound system for everything from symphony to musicals and concerts as well. Men's rooms need an overhaul. Also ticketing through the website is dodgy. Highly recommend calling or showing up at the box office.

Incredible venue. Was a little put off by a condescending remarks by one of the ushers. Also, ushers insisted on seating me in the upper level saying that the lower level was full. When I got inside, I found the lower level scarcely 2/3s full.

Watched a play at the (small venue) Booth Playhouse. The seating is extremely comfortable, and the view from the main center floor is surprisingly unobstructed. The smaller size of the venue makes it very cozy and personal. Great experience. They offer to validate your parking ticket.

Such a beautiful theater, ever show we've been to here has been wonderful! They typically have a bar open so you can grab a beer, mixed drink, or wine while you enjoy the show. Acoustics are great and staff is always friendly and helpful

I enjoyed the Dave Chapelle show. I was all the up in the theater and next time I know to get balcony seats no matter the cost.

Your website is the worst ever. Haven't even gotten to the show yet. Trying to buy tickets but it's impossible on your website apparently.

Had trouble finding the parking lots that were the ones recommended due to another event in town should have done other transportation.

We saw The Sound of Music and had a great time. The Performing Arts Center Staff were very efficient at getting people going toward the right place as soon as you walk in the door. The bar staff were friendly and also efficient. Our seats were very high up so next time I'd spend a little more to be lower and closer to the stage.

Cool place inside. The front elevation does not justify the great interiors and the ceiling. A beautiful place.

I love going to Blumenthal. They bring excellence in performance to the Charlotte area. Also, the women's restroom is run efficiently and effectively to move a great number of people in a short amount of time during intermission. This is a significant accomplishment at a public venue.

Every experience I've had at the Blumenthal has been first class! Great venue!

It wasn't organized enough, thy wouldn't allow me to swopout my shiowtime ticket but made me purchase another ticket after missing my first show due to traffic.

Me and my wife love to come and witch the play's and come and see the musicals.

It was amazing watch the harris Y's dance department use this facility for the end of year performance.

As a Big Brother I'm fortunate to receive tickets to some of the plays. My little and I always have a great time. Staff is very professional. Sometimes it's hard to hear the performances depending on where you sit. The prices on snacks and drinks during the intermission are the best you'll ever find at any kind of event. Always feel fancy to dress up and see a show!

Saw Date Night, which was great. The staff were friendly and helpful with finding seating and with parking validation tickets.

Went to see The Lion King. OMG what a great production. The theatre was very clean. The staff was great. I really really enjoyed the entire night. I will be sure to visit more often.

It was awesome...EXCEPT for when someone STOLE the wine I had prepaid for...the bartender had an attitude..I had my receipt..not my fault they weren't checking the table...

We saw Star Wars and it was really fun. There were lots of kids there, the 501st was there for pictures, it was a very cool event. Well done.

The free parking that comes with your ticket does not allow motorcycles. If you ride a motorcycle you have to park elsewhere!
