Been using their software for a few years. It's an ok product. I found account services difficult to deal with. They decided to add a 5% increase yearly, compounded. When asked, they figuratively shrugged their shoulders. They also started moving the maintenance "pay by" date earlier year on year. I'd go in a different direction if I had to start over. Feel free to contact me if you need more information.

I'm a shipping manager, I've been working with Blujay's Clippership software. I'm frustrated with having to use this software that I'm actually writing a review for the first time in my life. 1.UPS, FedEx international processing is broken. Fedex Electronic CI does not work at all. We still print paper forms and are sorting 20-30 pages manually for each shipment, taking upto 5 minutes. Blujay has "had this on the road map" for 4 years. UPS paperless CI fails if it's more than few lines. Unresolved for 3 years.. UPS and Fedex's free software already has this at no charge. 2. Fedex server integration is wonky. We just got an email saying that they will help with Fedex upgrades at an additional charge, even though we pay thousands in annual support. 3. Closing carriers takes at least 20 minutes, during working hours, with all shipping shut down, all installations. Huge loss of productivity. 4. USPS integration is wonky, with best connectivity only with another software called endicia. 5. Overall, it's easier to use Fedex ship manager, UPS worldship or Endicia directly. All free. It's easier to have the customization in your ERP and connect to the above softwares. I found it's faster for shipping as well, prints labels faster. 6. It's also easier for my IT guys to customize with our ERP than to work with Blujay (Blujay is 2-3 hours for analysis plus min of 10 hours for changes at $200 per hour, with a 3 week lead time.....no thanks) 7. Overall, it looks like the software is in life support, just enough to keep it compliant so companies like ours keep paying annual support and customization. If you are a new user, please ask the questions above, test to verify Blujay's claims before purchasing. I'll edit the review as issues get fixed. I'll create a blog post with more details if Blujay tried to take this down.
