Been trying to get a hold of bluewave company for a while. Have not recieved my srecs for almost 6 months. Could not recieve my rebate from the government because my I husband and I have nontaxable income. Wish I knew this before we purchased this product

I just got done paying my fourth bill through Bluewave. I am very pleased to say that it has been 10 percent (+) off each bill from what we normally pay. I was very skeptical when I signed up, but I only did because there was no cancellation fee. Not only am I not going anywhere, but I ve referred all my friends and family.

Account has been canceled since August, we have moved. Paid the last bill in September, I have been receiving an email with a bill for over $200.00 per month for the past 4 months. Now up to $880.00. I no longer live there ! How does someone get this to stop! 1 star because customer service was pleasant. I will not pay this bill !

Please do NOT go through bluewave solar for your solar loan. They outsource customer service so as soon as you need anything outside of help paying a bill you cannot get the help you need. I m not sure what the folks below mean about 10% off but that s absolutely not this bluewave solar- they ve never offered 10% off of anything.

Bottom line: you cannot even get a hold of these people to ask a question. Look elsewhere!

I m happy with the service. The whole process was extremely easy and smooth sailing. Steve was very attentive and informative. I m proud to be a customer for an honest company that cares about the planet and the future as much as I do. THANK YOU!

This company is really good with its loan processi...

This company is really good with its loan processing and payment plans. That process was fairly simple and stress free for me. Problems came up when I wanted to make an extra payment towards my principal. I tried 3-4 times explaining what I want and just could not make them understand. They kept doing the same mistake over and over again and finally I gave up. Their accounting team is horrible. Either they do not have any rights to correct things or they are not properly trained. Either way, according to my experience, go with them if you just want a solar loan and know for sure you would never need to contact their support. Else stay away from them.
