One of the worst builders in post sales service Pathetic built quality. CRM team have no courtesy to pick up calls and respond to issues. Engineering team is so great that there are Water seapage everywhere in the house and the they are unable to fix it. There are many good builders outside so do not waste your money by buying from Bluejay. Iam unable to attach pictures here hence I have done it in their linked in pages. Pls go check it out.

Need lots of improvement in below fields Post sale service Maintenance of layout Heir innovative architecture for layout planning. Poor roads in layout.. no Street lights.. Have to improve standards to match other compitators.. Advantages: Layout locations is very well selected.
